We went to the Oroville location inside Gold Country Casino. We arrived at 7 PM and at 7:48. We walked out without food because it wasn’t done yet. We barely got any drinks. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the lady was rude that was behind the bar. I would not recommend anybody to go to this establishment.

I was excited to take my family to Wahlburgers in TO airport. Unfortunately we did not get to eat anything. The place had one bartender and one server working at 5pm. We sat down for 20 minutes and no one came over to help us. We noticed that we had to order online while sitting in the Resturant. The cheapest of the cheap restaurants have much better service. Take it from someone who eats out twice a day. We will not go back to Wahlburgers. Thank you for reading Jason

This was not it. Tried the new location in Oklahoma and was absolutely not impressed. My patties were unseasoned and the burger fell apart as soon as I bit it. The only good thing were the fries. Highly disappointed and won’t be coming back. You can just tell the food is rushed and it’s fast food quality. I prefer a burger from Wayne’s Drive in or even whataburger. This is just over priced fast food. The service was pretty bad as well. I asked for sweet tea and they said their machine was down even though they just opened. You’re paying for the brand not the food. I don’t recommend.

This was our second visit to the one in Las Vegas, February 8, 2025…we previously visited back in 2020…my husband’s burger was dry and no taste. I asked if the chili was gluten free and server said yes…I have a severe gluten allergy, so I ordered the chili…needless to say it wasn’t gf and I had a severe reaction after leaving the restaurant. Service sucked and it also seems like the restaurant has went downhill. Plus, they no longer due the photographs either. We will not be back to visit Walburgers when and if we return to Vegas again.

Went yesterday for the 1st time and was not impressed at all. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come over and when they did they were coughing everywhere and scratching their head and never seen them wash their hands once.. Food was not great neither especially my well under cooked fries.. Unfortunately that was a one and done for me..

Wife and I stopped there this afternoon after the lunch rush to grab a quick sandwich to go. Waited a little over 20 minutes in dining area, finally asked what was going on. Somebody went to check and said they didn't know what the issue was and our food would be out in a few minutes. Ar 30 minute mark food came out on dining trays for us to eat in, whereupon we told them we ordered it to go. They took it back to kitchen to package it up and they refunded our money for 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of tots. When we got to car we checked it out hoping to munch a few tots on the drive back home, they were nasty and soggy, sandwiches were no better. First time for me eating there, my wife has been a regular since they opened, she was severely disappointed as was I for almost $25.

10/13/24 I was in Saint Charles visiting family we were leaving the next day so I thought I will finally get to have Wahlburgers woohoo so I went in stood there waiting for someone so long I started looking at the shirts didn't have my size but no one ever came to wait on me so disappointed I left. I'd only been waiting for 4 years and still didn't get to have it. Step up your game. just truly disappointed so I went back to Kentucky the next day truly heartbroken.

Wanted to see if this place was worth the hype. Spoiler alert ... IT'S NOT. First, their website and app do not work for this location so we called to order pick up. The person answering the phone said they no longer take carryout orders over the phone but we could use the doordash app. We then decided to just go and order. The person working the counter was less than enthused to take our order and his long, unkempt hair without a hair net was kind of gross. We placed our order and asked about shakes. He told us we had to order those from the bar. When we went to the bar and asked about shakes, the bartender sighed, looked at his watch and said "I guess". Put off, we said never mind and went back to the counter. The crew acted like they didn't want us waiting at the counter and kept asking us to wait in the dining area. The burgers were lukewarm and the small portion of fries were soggy. Definitely not worth $26! We will stick to Culver's.

Food, you could make it at home and it would be better
Service, the people seem like they don’t care and they take FOREVER to get your food out they say they will bring it to you but it took 40 min and they didn’t even get my food right the assistant manager was nice and gave us refunds but still it just sat on the counter forever

Been here 2 times since they opened. First time waited 30 minutes for food and order was wrong. Second time waited almost 40 minutes and the food was room temp. Won't be back...
