Terrible terrible terrible. Myself and a coworker went there for lunch today.
A male took our order. Gave us a total cost. We paid. 5 minutes later he comes back to tell us he didn't charge us for something and now needed a manager to change it. By the way we already waited 10 minutes to get our order taken
Fast forward to the manager coming up. She came up with attitude. I asked about confirming our order. The attitude given back was terrible. I asked for my money back and she gave me a dirty look and I made her aware that it was very unprofessional how we were treated.
As I left she said awful remarks "have a good day stinky, go take a shower"
Francine the manager is who she claimed to be.
Terrible to talk to someone like that, regardless of the day you are having. She did this in front of many customers.

Every time we come here there's an older lady who basically rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs if we ask for anything. Today we wanted to buy some extra apple slices for my daughter and she was extremely inpatient and rude about it. I'm ready to drive across town if I ever want Wendy's again.

Went through the drive through ( was only one in line) started to order got one thing and then got ignored for 5mins a different lady came back and said order whenever you’re ready which I proceeded to say I had already started a order it went silent again for another 5 mins the First Lady who I started my order with came back and I was finally able to finish ordering I got to the window and the lady at window was very rude you could very much tell she didn’t wanna be there I got my food and got home ( I had gotten the saucy nuggets) the sauce was all over everything.
