Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had at Wendy's. I threw 3/4's of it in the garbage. Had the chicken sandwich combo. The fries were cold and the sandwich was so dry. Cheese on it was hard, and bacon was so old and over cooked you couldn't even eat it. Worst meal ever.

Ordered 10 pieces chicken nuggets combo with plain potato instead of fries. No plain potatoes available. They told me-wait 40 minutes. Cold fries filled with stinky oil like a sponge. Over salted. And no ice in soda machine. Awful experience

Had to pic up door dash there again .i always know it’ll be 10 additional min but today it was 20 min for a kids meal. When I got there 2 of the employees were out having a smoke she wen and got 1 of them ( I believe was the manger) to come in and help took additional 10 minutes and he walked outside with me to have another cigarette

Mike and Alexandria was the best people i encountered at Wendy’s very polite and enthusiastic would def give them a raise !
The food was good and hot. Their microphones were not working so we had to order at the window. The person in front of us took 20 minutes to get their order right. The service was awful! No one knew what was going on, including the manager. There is no way to get out of line once there are people behind you.

Girls behind counter and making food were carrying on laughing, playing on their phones, face timing, swearing etc everything but getting food out. Finally got my food and said thank you. No response just turned and walked away. Have you ever heard of manners or customer service? Very unprofessional. Worst Wendy's experience ever.
