Went through drive- thru and ordered a combo meal. We noticed after leaving the drive- thru that we were missing our fries. We went back through the drive thru and the person said sure come back through and we will give you the fries. After 10 minutes we finally got to the window and the female attendant asked us for our receipt. She was not very customer oriented to say the least. We were told that we would have to pay for the fries separately since he mistakenly didn’t charge us for the combo. At this point 20 minutes later trying to understand how we were charged we told them to skip the fries and we went home. As far as the food quality… the cheese was not even close to being soft because the burgers were not warm. I would not be doing the review on the food had the customer service been better. It’s a shame. So many places are shutting their doors. Rude behavior to customers does not help to mitigate closures.

They're super friendly, and it's a great place to hang out with your family and friends. The management was awesome and gave us great service. I totally recommend it!
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat with my kids. They really thought the entire experience was a lot of fun. We all enjoyed what we ordered. I only wish I would have seen their kid's menu sooner. I would have ordered off that. my kids had a hard time finishing their food.

I don’t live around Jefferson but I was in the area and stopped in for a bite, and I have to say out of all the A&W’s I’ve been to this by far the best!! I was instantly greeted by the GM Jorge instantly creating a nice atmosphere!Very clean place which was nice to experience compared to others! My food was hot, came out quick, and was absolutely delicious. And the woman who took my order her name was jalynn was one of the most polite sweet people I’ve ever encountered!! I will absolutely be back again!

The chicken tenders and fries here were unlike any other fast food restaurant. The staff and other customers were super friendly. Definitely would come again when I'm in the area. Would recommend to others.
