“Ate here for the first time based on a recommendation. First off, this is the coolest bar/restaurant I’ve ever seen. Up North vibes. The owner met us in the bar to make sure that we were being taken care of. Very classy. We were initially sat in the main dining room, but requested a table with a view along the river. They were happy to accommodate our request. Our waitress was the daughter of the owner. She was amazing. Extremely personable and attentive. We started out with pork bellies. Delicious. I got the Walleye fish fry. Great batter that stayed crunchy. The bread they brought to the table and the tartar sauce was incredible. In my opinion tartar sauce can make or break the meal. The tartar sauce was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I’m a tough critic when it comes to dining. I can’t wait to return.”

“Very casual setting.. greeted upon arrival, order came to total of $55. There seemed to be a little miscommunication between the order. But a quick phone call to address the so-called problem, was quickly addressed and corrected. Very happy with the service with only three people working, with the amount of service they had at time. Again thank you for your time and hospitality as the order is prepared.. very well done for the only three people on staff.. I highly recommend this establishment.”
