“As a truck driver, trying to find a spot to not only park for the night, BUT something better to eat then McDonald's or arbys/ loves is hard. Yeah you have the petro restaurants but the price is just heavy sometimes. I came here and had a very good portion as well as flavor. Only thing that needs to be added is an open sign on the wonders the led ones so people who park in the semi zone knows its open. But very delicious place highly recommend. Staff are great too. as I mentioned on their Google reviews.”

“How refreshing to actually be greeted upon entering a fast food place, that never happens these days. This is the best jersey Mike's we've ever been to. Clean, comfortable (working a. c.), friendly staff. Food was excellent. Fast service. Sure wish the location near us was this great, but we were just passing through. Keep it up!”

“Today was the worst visit to this specific location. The hamburger was supposed to have ketchup, fried onions and pickles. The ketchup was light, two pickles and ONE sliver of RAW onion not quite one inch long. The strawberry malt was strawberry milk. I was the sixth "parked" vehicle to wait for my food. I'm guessing the malt was made and left on a counter for the food order to be prepared. As a suggestion, if you make the malts/shakes ahead of time, store them in a freezer until the food is ready. Other custard/burger restaurants do this. It's very disappointing to pay over $20 for a meal to have almost half of it wrong and/or melted. To end on a positive note, the gentleman in the DT and who brought the order out, was very pleasant. He seemed surprised I asked for the receipt when he asked if I wanted it. I guess if you don't get the receipt you won't fill out the survey...”

“I know people hate on Arby's but tbh this location should prove them wrong. Their sandwiches are done just right, their roast beef is delicious, and they never mess up your order. You should definitely try to stop by if you're in town.”

She kept everyone’s drinks full yet still socialized with her customers which we all love!!! She has such a good balance with bartending she was absolutely made for a social job. We love tappers!”

“Food is always delicious. At times staff can be a bit distracted. Most recently I ordered online and got chips and guacamole, got home with my order to discover they put queso instead of guacamole. Not a big deal as I love their guacamole and their queso, but I had wanted, and ordered, guacamole. Other than that one experience, I've never had an issue with this restaurant.”

I come forward with a tale Betty the Buick.. I am the one to blame on Friday February 27 2026. This experience was something you CAN'T make up... I do apologize for my Buick century custom. HUGE SHOUTOUT to the TACO BELL TEAM on how they handled our certain dilemma... Not only was the team understanding they acted generously to me and my fellow co pilot... The beautiful lady who closed the AUTO ZONE is another hero of the night.. tbh we stirred that area up and definitely attracted business and on lookers... “We had a party of 9. We went to Harry's on Friday 9/11. Our table was ready and waiting for us in a room separate from the busier dining area. Very grateful for that. We could talk and enjoy each other's conversation without straining to hear.
Our food was delicious! It all looked great on the plate and tasted amazing!

“I’ve been buying Berres Brothers Coffee for about 4-5 years after finding them in my local grocery store. This is hands down the best coffee ever. The atmosphere is great, the owners are amazing and friendly, and they always are switching up what they have on tap or in their coolers so each time you go there's something new. They support local breweries and distilleries, so not only are you supporting a local business here in Watertown, but local throughout the state and area. Can't forget the games they have! My hubby and I enjoy playing pinball while trying different drinks, and playing packman when we have a few friends with ♥️”

We've had every special from all the seasonal menus, all of which I would highly recommend! The baristas are efficient, always kind and attentive to any substitutions/requests you may have. I would absolutely recommend Simple Kup either for a quick coffee or latte, but it's also a great spot for a sit down and a pastry with friends and family.”

The best coffee in town hands down (honestly it’s some of the best coffee I’ve ever had in general)- they roast the espresso beans themselves! and something about the chai is just absolutely perfect! Every time I get a chai somewhere else, I’m wishing it was the chai from connection. Such a hidden gem- worth driving the extra couple minutes past downtown. An old school authentic coffee house feel. And the food is amazing as well. 100/10 every time!”
