“My brother recommended we try Pourman’s for their pizza. So we went on 3/14/24 for dinner. We walked into the front door and were told by the friendly bartender/ waitress we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose the booths towards the back of the building. The booths are roomy and comfortable. The walls are decorated with old truck tailgates and liquor bottles. There are also high top tables and chairs in the dining area. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks back quickly. We ordered the hand breaded mushrooms and cheesy garlic bread as appetizers and a 14” BYO pizza with sausage mushrooms pepperoni and green olives. Our appetizers came out first and were delicious and piping hot! The pizza came out a short time later and we were all impressed with the quality and taste of each topping on the pizza. The crust was cooked perfectly ,thin and super crispy but not burnt! We definitely will be back again to sample more from their menu and perhaps it will be warm enough to eat outdoors on their covered deck.”

“This evening my boyfriend and I were meandering in downtown Oconomowoc and decided to stop in Wine Maniacs for dinner. Let me tell you it was the best decision we had made all day! Our server was James who was informative and friendly! He started us off with a few sweeter wines that we showed interest in. He hit the nail on the head, we loved the Moscato he recommended. We skipped appetizers and went right to the main course. My boyfriend had the lamb lollypop and I had the House Pasta which included my favorite food pesto! The entree was delicious, my boyfriend left nothing behind. James also brought wine for our dinner to pair with our food. It was so nice the tester wine we were offered before committing to a whole glass. I appreciate how informative and friendly James was! James told us a little bit about himself like how he worked in the corporate work place before working full time at this restaurant. He truly has a passion for wine and is doing a great job! James deserves a raise! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some delicious food and wine. I appreciated the informative servers and them being able to seat us right away without a reservation. 10/10”

“I can absolutely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Bar and Grill at Pabst Farm in Oconomowoc, WI! The food is awesome, and I would say that the burger is the best in town. The wings are fantastic, and on Mondays they are 40 cents a piece! The dry rubs and wet sauces are all specially prepared and are very good!The rest of the menu, along with the weekly specials, are all great value and prepared with fresh ingredients and care by the Garden Inn chefs, Tammy and Will.Service at the bar is great. Also parking available across the tracks on both sides of the street. There is also a corral for your horses if out on a ride.”

“Pete is a really nice guy! He makes sure you are well taken care of and is great to have a conversation with. The pizza and the Italian beef sandwich are worth every penny! The drinks are made quick and are delicious. The crowd was very friendly and welcoming. Will be back many times in the future.”

“We stopped into this adorable place yesterday and I’m compelled to review because I think there’s a ton of potential for this little shop and want to give some feedback. First - I love the concept and vibe of this place, and the woman working there was so incredibly welcoming and lovely. Honestly, her warmth is the reason we stayed despite noticing it was an “off day” for food. When I asked a question for the chef, she mentioned that he didn’t come in that day because it was so slow (totally fair, because it was a cold, windy day mid-week), but suggestion #1 is that if anything in the grab-and-go is even a day old, the prices should be reduced. A sandwich on soggy bread and a quinoa bowl that feel very much like what I would find as “leftovers” in my fridge at home should not cost $30. Second, please ditch the plastic. I cringed to think that these foods were sitting there leaching bpa from the plastic containers. Plus, Mother Earth just doesn’t need any more single-use plastic. This great place, with their local farmers-market mission, would do much better with compostable packaging. Finally, there’s a musty smell that hits you when you walk in the door. If I were the owner, I’d like to know this, because it’s easy to get used to a smell. I’m someone who is sensitive to environmental toxins and musty, mildewy smells set off my “mold” alarm. If the building had some flooding in the past, this is worth investigating. I got a similar smell in the gift shop a couple doors down, so this may be a building issue. Again, though, I would have turned on my heel at that point, but the atmosphere and the woman working there was incredibly kind and inviting. Also, bonus points for using healthy avocado oil on your grill and the Himalayan sea salt. Just a couple of tweaks and this place will be rocking it out of the park! As it is, we plan to return in the summer!”

“I order from window. Take home because it is outside dining only and way too cold right now. During the summer they have several picnic tables with umbrellas! Favorite is steak tacos on corn tortillas.Parking: On Brown Street in Oconomowoc plenty of parking on level ground. No steps to get service or food.Kid-friendliness: In warm weather you can eat outside on picnic tables with umbrellas.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps! Roll from car up to window to order food and pick up food.”

“Every time i come here the employees are so courteous and kind. They do a great job serving customers when there's a line, and its busy, but also, if you are there close to close, they never act annoyed. They always maintain a high level of service. Great job to whomever does hiring for CJs!!”

“This was our first visit to Winger's. We actually were in and out of there three times over the weekend. MASSIVE bar, really great design. We were there earlier in the day and then came back an hour or so prior to the annual Christmas parade. The place was a madhouse but the staff never stopped moving and worked their tailfeathers off! Clean, Dive-ish place. We will definitely go back when we are up North again.”

“This brewery is a bit out of the way, but they have a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They have an ever-changing beer list with only a few constants. Jorge is probably the best jalapeño beer I've tasted. We enjoyed all of our beers, with 80s Love Child being the all around favorite. They also have a small food menu and other snacks to purchase. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.”

“The barista's here are so nice and friendly! I always ask for their suggestions with drinks and they never fail to come up with something tasty. They remember me when I come and and it makes me feel seen. I love that there are bagels right next door it is like a two in one. I love this coffee shop and the ambiance is so great! I will be coming back again and again.”
