“I ordered a pizza online and received a call from an employee who kindly let me know they were out of pizza. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace it with something else. I only asked for cookies, but she went above and beyond by offering chips at no extra charge as well.

When I received my order, I was surprised to find not one, but two packs of cookies and chips, along with a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made my day.

I wish I had gotten her name so I could personally give her the recognition she deserves. If you see this, thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding service. You turned a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience. Great work!“

“We stopped in yesterday and had fantastic service. They had the cutest Bunny Basket for kids to pick an egg and win a prize. They also had Easter eggs and crayons for kids to color. The restaurant was clean and the staff was great! We don’t live in the area but we drive through a couple of times a year when we go to visit family. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Today was the worst visit to this specific location. The hamburger was supposed to have ketchup, fried onions and pickles. The ketchup was light, two pickles and ONE sliver of RAW onion not quite one inch long. The strawberry malt was strawberry milk. I was the sixth "parked" vehicle to wait for my food. I'm guessing the malt was made and left on a counter for the food order to be prepared. As a suggestion, if you make the malts/shakes ahead of time, store them in a freezer until the food is ready. Other custard/burger restaurants do this. It's very disappointing to pay over $20 for a meal to have almost half of it wrong and/or melted. To end on a positive note, the gentleman in the DT and who brought the order out, was very pleasant. He seemed surprised I asked for the receipt when he asked if I wanted it. I guess if you don't get the receipt you won't fill out the survey...“

“Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking also. Right off interstate in Johnson Creek Wisconsin. Staff was friendly and professional. I ordered French dip sandwich and a vanilla malt. Tasted pretty good. Plenty of seating inside. Has a few outside seating tablee also. Floors were clean. Tables clean also. Would stop again if I am passing through. Bathrooms were very clean also.“

“I would just like to give a huge shout out to Culvers in Lake Mills WI! My daughter, granddaughter and some of their friends, had a house fire. This was a total loss. Culvers reached out and offered some food coupons for the kids! It feels so good to see so much community support and love. You guys are a blessing.
