“Today was the worst visit to this specific location. The hamburger was supposed to have ketchup, fried onions and pickles. The ketchup was light, two pickles and ONE sliver of RAW onion not quite one inch long. The strawberry malt was strawberry milk. I was the sixth "parked" vehicle to wait for my food. I'm guessing the malt was made and left on a counter for the food order to be prepared. As a suggestion, if you make the malts/shakes ahead of time, store them in a freezer until the food is ready. Other custard/burger restaurants do this. It's very disappointing to pay over $20 for a meal to have almost half of it wrong and/or melted. To end on a positive note, the gentleman in the DT and who brought the order out, was very pleasant. He seemed surprised I asked for the receipt when he asked if I wanted it. I guess if you don't get the receipt you won't fill out the survey...“

“I would just like to give a huge shout out to Culvers in Lake Mills WI! My daughter, granddaughter and some of their friends, had a house fire. This was a total loss. Culvers reached out and offered some food coupons for the kids! It feels so good to see so much community support and love. You guys are a blessing. “This is the best Arby’s establishment I have ever been too. The lobby was clean and the food came really fast and the drive thru was even better great costumer service and the girl cashing me out is great at her job.I will definitely be coming back“
