I ordered a pizza online and received a call from an employee who kindly let me know they were out of pizza. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace it with something else. I only asked for cookies, but she went above and beyond by offering chips at no extra charge as well.

Every time I go to this subway it just seems like a hangout spot rather than a place of work. Every time I come all the workers are sitting down at tables on their phones, they have people with them that don’t even work there. They honestly do well with making the sandwiches, but again, it just seems like a place where teenagers hangout not a place of work, which worries me about how much cleaning is done at this location.
I'm giving 2 stars because the place was clean. I came in and ordered a foot long meatballs with extra sauce. When I looked at the meatballs she put on, they were lacking. Lady was like well we kinda ran out. I told her I would have ordered a 6 inch then instead. After her hesitation she finally said I'll only charge you for the 6 inch. Well Thankyou. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her somehow. I finally got home and handed my hubby his footlong. It had 3 meatballs. Wow....read full review
