“Great place that has been serving burgers for close to 100 years. Deep fried in lard these sliders (0.2lbs each) go down easy. I would get 2-3 of these depending on hunger. They come "with" or "without" (fried onions) and also have the optional slice of cheese.“
“We had lunch from there 2 days ago and I gotta tell ya the store looks wonderful the food was delicious as usual BUT the best part is the staff! Michelle the mgr is the best. I just love this place ! The best staff and the best food we are lucky to have them in our town! God bless our subway!!!!“
“The guy who handed out the food did an ok job. He handled me bringing up issues twice. The first was an app issue. It claimed the 6 piece McNugget happy meal wasn't available. I ended up getting hamburger instead. Unfortunately, that means not getting the sauce that comes with nuggets. I asked if I could just have one or two anyway, he tells me it will cost. I said not to bother, I'm not spending 80 cents on 2 sauces. I'm not mad at the kid, he was doing his job. But back when I worked fast food, that sauce would have been given to me as a "sorry our app didn't allow you to order your first choice, even though we definitely have it available". And if I were working the drive thru, I would have asked the food people to make what was originally meant to be ordered, and that still would have included free sauce. I wasn't a jerk about anything, even the second part. Half a mile away, I noticed only one order of fries. The happy meal offers a second fry (kids size) or apples. I chose fries so I could eat a few, the rest was for my granddaughter. Anyway, I went back, sat at the menu for about 3 seconds so as not to create a ghost car on their drive thru timers, then to the window. I explained this to them and I honestly don't remember what he said exactly, but I explained there should be 2 fries. He said one. I got slightly tense but I pulled out my phone to show him in the app how there should be a second fry. This kid waits for me to go through all that before explaining that when 2 kids fries are chosen, they just make it a small fry, which is about the same as 2 kids fries. I pulled out the bag, saw he was right, apologized and drove away. He could have explained that first and avoided the whole digging through the phone thing. Also, I know I'm not entitled to them, but he could have offered me free sauce to make up for the confusion. I don't consider myself entitled to it, but excellent, or even just good customer service would have offered it. The fries were less than stellar, but that's every McDonald's, every time nowadays. Will I go there again? I'm sure I will. But my expectations will be lower.“
“I stop at this Jimmy John's when I am tired out, and do not want to cook dinner or make my lunch. The sandwiches are true to the brand, and I have always gotten what I have ordered. True to the brand, they are quick to make them. The store is always immaculate. Their service is consistently friendly, and they appear to have a consistent staff. Thank you for the sandwiches! I generally eat my sandwich and drink in the store, it has a good vibe.“
