The food was good. We had a variety of breakfast and some had lunch. The only criticism would be that they bake their potatoes in aluminum foil. Which is fine but Then they cut through the foil to cut the potato in half. The foil should always be taken off before cutting as there were several tiny pieces of foil in the potato. That is not something you want to bite into.

Absolutely disgusting... Smells like sewage & isnt clean at all inside or out. I honestly couldn't believe that I watched one of Jefferson county's judges eat there. And with the Jefferson Fire department DIRECTLY next door and this death trap of a grease fire waiting to happen facing their entrance is ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING to me.

I live in Madison (but I grew up in Jefferson) and this is THE BEST place for Friday (and Wednesday) fish and/or chicken combo meals. Nowhere else offers what they have at the price. We order every other Friday and drive out (35 minute drive each way) and pick it up. Service is exceptional most of the time (yea, they get it wrong once in awhile, I can forgive them). I have had other food from their menu too and have dined in as well, and you always get a great meal. Can't find this kind of place anywhere around Madison, worth the drive.
