When the day came we planed for 3pm & they didn’t skip a beat on arrival!
The food was amazing, our guest were all over the moon with how great it was && kept asking who we went through!!
The amount of stress relief it is when you have friends & family comment only amazing things on your big day especially about food is beyond the moon!

I had Red Line BBQ cater my son’s graduation party. It was an outstanding experience. Mitch communicated in a timely manner and helped me figure out everything I needed. When the day came the food was AMAZING!!! Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and wanted to know where Red Line is located! The best part, there was some left over so we’ll be enjoying his cooking for a few more days!!!! Thank you!!! Side note if you go into the restaurant their brisket nachoes are out of this world 10 out of 10 recommend!

Mitch was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we had a good window of time to adjust anything we needed to. Red Line BBQ has reasonable prices for their product and service, was delivered right on time, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed their meals. Have had breakfast and lunch haven't found anything I don't like it's awesome they serve breakfast from around 6-8 am I think not many quick places in town for that. Definitely try the French toast burrito if they have it

They catered our wedding in June and all I can say is AMAZING! Their food is delicious and reasonably priced! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions quickly when I threw them their way. We had tons of compliments throughout the night about the dinner and we were so excited to get all the leftovers for the next week! We live in Cross Plains so we are sad we don't live closer to their storefront but if you are in Jefferson, you have to stop by and get some BBQ! You won't regret it!

Lil hole in the wall on main street. Did not disappoint. Everything was incredibly good. The pulled pork was superb, Mac was good and the beans and corn bread....mmmm mmmm. Highly recommend.

Don't sleep on this place. The food was beyond amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our food was ready almost immediately after ordering. Definitely our new favorite spot and #1 for BBQ!!!Prices were reasonableWill definitely look into catering for family functions...have I mentioned the corn bread-ugh!!! Try the brisket mac n cheese you won't regret it!!!!
