Stopped in for lunch and had the best bbq sandwich meal I have had in Wisconsin. The brisket sandwich was amazing, the Mac and cheese and potato salad were Magnificent. Great service, the food was ready before I opened my soda and the staff were very kind.

Best BBQ Around! I love stopping in at Redline and talking with the owners everytime I come in to town to visit family. Mitch and Carolyn are very friendly and are amazing at what they do! I recommend redline to everyone I know to always stop in and try it out. I highly recommend the nachos with brisket if you love nachos. Working in the area I always smell the pork being cooked in the morning, today I decided to try it and I am blown away.Their combo came with more than what I'd expect for $13, and they have a punch card system for every 10 visits.I will absolutely be back!

The Food was delicious!! But, they forgot the cornbread. They were very apologetic and did refund us, however this was a special day to not have it. The vegetables were not very appealing either. Just broccoli and cauliflower that was stringy. Would have liked a brighter combination of veg. (some carrots with it would have looked nicer) Few things to discuss if your wanting a catering service: How they serve food? The biggest complaint our guests had was the amount that was served. They used an ice cream scoop to serve everything. Meat should be served with tongs so a decent amount can be placed on the very large bun they use. I would request that guest serve themselves!! For + $17/plate there just wasn't much on it. At the end there was an entire pan of mac n cheese and Brisket, and half pan of pork left over too.

We can’t say enough good things about Redline BBQ. We recently had them cater our wedding and all of our guests loved the food. Mitch is extremely responsive and was very helpful throughout the entire process. They showed up on time and were quick to set up, serve, and tear down. The food was perfect temperature even after them traveling about 40 minutes to our venue.
