I ordered online, for 3 footlong subs. 2 toasted, one not. Got all the way home, and realized that none of them were toasted, and they won't answer their phone.

I ordered the Ultimate BMT, Toasted. There is no indication of the sub being toasted. I’m able to tell mostly from the provolone cheese. This was a take out, so I couldn’t tell until I got home. Also, there was no warmth to the bag whatsoever.
One other thing. I can’t order dressing anymore because you no longer carry the sweet onion dressing. It’s sweet onion with teriyaki. NOT the same! Please have both options!
This location is getting worse every time I go in there. You walk in and I feel like I am bother these people from what there are doing. Not friendly at all tonight. The chicken is dry, no longer have the fresh mozzarella cheese,
lettuce was brownish, cucumbers were going bad already, & there were no tomatoes out. The guy that started my sandwich put it in to warm it & had to cash me out right away. It was like he had to see if he was going to get a tip so he could grab it. I won't be going to to this subway anymore, so disappointed as we don't have many food options in Jefferson.

Just nasty is all I can say between the chicken tasting like cleaner to red pickles I would never recommend this store to anyone! This has been all around a horrible experience I will not be returning nor spending another penny at this location let alone another 👍 if there was a option for negative stars this is where it would belong

Started ordering online, now I get less meat! And they also claim I'm getting the double cheese I'm paying for, there's no way. Been going to this subway daily for over a year and as soon as I start ordering online for the 20% discount, amazingly my double meat/cheese was portioned down to maybe just over regular sized instead of double. Guess my daily subway is done. $9+ for 3.1oz of meat and cheese? Nope, not this guy.
They gave us rotten veggies and took 5 times of us calling for them to even answer the phone and then had the audacity to say that the veggies were "just like that" but they were literally bitter and brown. Will never go back.

I have been in the location once, the one employee at that time was friendly, and it was clean inside. Food has always been what you'd expect.HOWEVER - do not bother ordering delivery from this location. You are better off going in store. Two orders ago, we were missing an entire sub...contacted their customer care...got a response from the owner...and when I asked when I could come in for my "$10 refund" he simply never responded...and then my most recent order, they left out a drink, as well as one cookie from the cookie box.Little things and lack of communication, however it goes to show me that neither the owner or employees care or pay attention to detail. I will never be ordering food from this location again, and would never recommend it either. Take your business to a location that gives a damn.
