I wish I could give 0 stars, they burnt my tortilla then I asked for extra queso and the employee flat out says no to me and just moves on I’ve been to other QDOBA’s and none have tasted this bad I wish I could get my money back, we didn’t even end up finishing our food

This restaurant is a total disappointment! They have cut back on portion size and this is the last time I give them my service.the new owners charged us extra for asking for salsa on top. They don’t want to give you what you pay for. Time to give someone else my business. Watch your receipts people..

If I could go negative stars I would this location had gone down the drain now they slop everything on without letting anything drain so it comes out a watery mess they need corporate training it used to be a beautiful location with inviting staff now the new owners just hired all there family members and it’s gone down the drain they do not make anything properly anymore and the staff is extremely un professional charges for extra everything even if you are just asking for the regular portion and now everything comes out looking skimpy

I think the biggest downfall here is the employees attitudes and lack of communication skills. The food is not that good at all. The employees act like they hate their job. They try to charge you extra. If chipotle was around this place would be out of business.

The food and service are hit or miss at this location. This time it was ok service but the food was terrible. My husbands burrito had a nasty burnt taste to it and my quesadilla was extremely soggy and unappealing. The girl making our food was nice but not all of her hair was tied back for sanitary purposes when working with food. The only thing saving this experience was the drink and chips with queso. Didn't give us a receipt so I could get my rewards points either.
