I think the biggest downfall here is the employees attitudes and lack of communication skills. The food is not that good at all. The employees act like they hate their job. They try to charge you extra. If chipotle was around this place would be out of business.

The food and service are hit or miss at this location. This time it was ok service but the food was terrible. My husbands burrito had a nasty burnt taste to it and my quesadilla was extremely soggy and unappealing. The girl making our food was nice but not all of her hair was tied back for sanitary purposes when working with food. The only thing saving this experience was the drink and chips with queso. Didn't give us a receipt so I could get my rewards points either.

Just was super disappointed ordering like 4 of their salads for me family thinking it would be the same as eating in person. My sac when leaving was light as a feather as they gave hardly any salad. Ai never do take-out. Eating there in person was great

My wife got some tacos from here and due to a wait in line in front of her when she got up to pay her tacos were cold. She asked for new ones because they got cold and the woman working scowled at her. I was in the car and looked up and saw the lady shaking her head at my wife like it was so inconvenient to give her some new warm meat.

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had was at qdoba in Johnson Creek Wisconsin.
I had a qdoba rewards card I've been using for years, probably 100-150 visits with no free meals. I was told at another location to download app and I could move points from my card onto the app to use.
So I did and I just told them at this location I had the app now and I wanted to use up my stored points and they got a serious attitude with me.
This little blonde girl with piercings and just an awful attitude.
Started getting loud, harassing, threatening to call the police on me.
All the while I was just asking politely how to use my rewards and the response I was getting was "I don't know, those have nothing to do with our company, you have to leave or I'm going to call the police on you"
Like I don't even understand, I'm asking who I can call or talk to and they are just being rude and threatening me.
I'm like "Look it I have not threatened anyone, I am not in anyone's space, I'm not impeding anyone or bothering anyone, I'm not yelling, call who you need to but I have done nothing to you I'm just trying to get some information to use these points."
Just an absolutely terrible experiece and they didn't even give me my partners food that she paid for online.
I have love qdoba for years, I've eaten qdoba as a staple, maybe a few thousands of times and I absolutely refuse to go back to this location after how that blonde girl stating she was the manager treated me.
Now I'm sure you still also have this horrible person working for you who insults and threatens customers for asking questions.
You have other similar complaints for this location and the same person.
It is a complete shame you let this horrible person keep their job over caring about the customers that have been loyal for well over a decade.
And I lost my favorite goto food for eating out because of that girl.
