I used to come to this Starbucks weekly with my daughter, but because they could not secure the lid to the cups, we started going to Dunkin’.
In the area yesterday we went to Starbys and waited 10 mins for a tall latte and a grande pink drink.
Multiple people looked at the cup in the window and did other things, except hand me my drink. One employee looked at me, looking at my cup, placed a cup next to mine and walked off.
I sat for 5 straight minutes staring at my drink.
Mind you, never once did anyone talk to me. Not a how are you, not a thank you for the order, I was told the total and not spoken to again. No one even spoke to me when I finally got my drink.
I’ll sit for 10 minutes when the wait is valid. I’m not paying to get treated like crap, which seems to be a trend at this store.
This store needs to work on teamwork, accountability, and accuracy because the store sucks and has been in constant decline since Covid.

I mobile ordered two grande mochas and this is how they came! If you can’t tell from the picture the cups were maybe 2/3rds full. Pretty disappointing to pay for a grande and get maybe a tall’s worth of drink. I could tell they were light from the moment I picked them up.

I will say, I visit this Starbucks a lot and generally don’t have any issues. But today was a total let down.

I don’t usually utilize fast food or coffee, and now I remember why. I ordered a bacon and cheddar breakfast sandwich, and it came out with the top bun halfway off the sandwich and fused in place. The attempt to adjust it caused the bread to crumble. There was not much to it either. I ordered coffee and asked if it would be too hot to drink without burning my mouth. She said she could make it warm instead of hot. Well, then it came out basically cold, but not ice cold. Just the temperature where it’s no longer enjoyable.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my recent visit to this location on March 9th, 2025, around 9 AM left me really disappointed. I had picked up a White Chocolate Mocha, but when I got home, I realized it tasted more bitter than usual. I called the store and spoke with a very friendly staff member who assured me they could remake it with no problem. I was polite and wasn’t complaining—just wanted to see if I could get the drink fixed.

When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my remade drink, the experience took a turn for the worse. The barista who handed me my drink was extremely rude. I smiled and genuinely thanked her, saying, "Thank you very much," but she just gave me a snooty look, completely stone-faced, and didn’t say a word back. It was as if she was annoyed that I even came back. Everyone in my car noticed her attitude, and it was completely uncalled for—especially considering the store wasn’t even busy.

I didn’t catch her name, but management should definitely say something to her. She was a very thin girl with dark hair, black cat-eye eyeliner, and lash extensions. Her attitude was unacceptable, and employees like this create a negative experience for customers. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks before. I was very polite the entire time, so there was no reason for this kind of behavior. It honestly makes me not want to return to this location. If customer service like this is a regular occurrence, I’d suggest management step in and remind their employees that kindness and professionalism go a long way.

The day I went to this Starbucks, there was no line. I needed something refreshing, and sure enough, they made a REFRESHER for me! They were kind and patient as I was not familiar with their procedures.

I have been going to this location for years. The last 2 times I’ve gone over the past week I’ve ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappachino, extra caramel drizzle and extra crunch. Does this look like extra of either of those? Not to mention the terrible customer service you’ll get from a manager while just asking them to look into it.
