I have to say, Brian and Wendys is truly a hidden gem. We have owned restaurants and also ran them for a number of years and there is a simple explanation on why this restaurant stands out from the others: Passion. When the description says farm to table, they mean it. They have their own farm just down the road and that's where their beef comes from. The hamburgers are IMHO award winning. First time visiting Brian and Wendy's Hiawatha. We are spending the weekend on the WI River with other family.Overall the Hiawatha was good. Everyone said their fish was good. I had the Catfish - outstanding - very clean tasting unlike some other restaurants where it didn't taste as clean/fresh. Best fish fry in the areA—best catfish that have had anywhere!!!! Tasty potato salad too along with great service and good drinks. Just need to add a BPT to their menu—
