I’ve gone here lots of times, ordered ahead or dined there. The food is amazing and that good old school quality. 100% recommend this place to any family and friends who haven’t been.
We stopped yesterday & were disappointed.
My grandaughter ordered chicken NUGGETS but the girl taking the order took down tenders. So...we got a second order # for the nuggets. Waited.Waited.Waited.
Got the first order #...After 10 minutes we asked where the chicken nuggets were...."OH, they threw that order in with the first one.
Got home (food is cold)
my husband ordered a half pounder with cheese....he got a quarter pounder.
Pretty sure training is needed here.

An eight year old in my family was denied a cup of water after we spent $25 on ice cream minutes before. Was told to buy a bottle of water and that employees aren’t allowed to give out cups of water, even to paying customers.
My entire family (extended included) have been coming here for decades and will no longer. Terrible customer service. We will be telling everyone we know about the awful experience we had tonight.
