I wish McDonald's would decrease their salt on fries and burgers by 75%. You can add salt, but once it's dumped in your stuck. Find ourselves going to Burger King more and more.

The service sauce I ordered my food 30 minutes before I got here and I’m still waiting

It’s crazy. I literally ordered a soda to be picked up at Mobile order curbside because I left my debit card at home and I have a child in my car and I’m not getting out of my car to go get my soda and I have currently been waiting in this parking spot for 15 minutes now while they take care of every single person in drive-through and then pull up to other spots and they bring their food out before they bring my soda out that’s wild.

employee was so rude I asked a simple question about the mcdouble being on the 1,2 or 3 dollar menu too as I got a small fry and didn’t realize they had to be off the same one to get the price. He IMMEDIATELY says we don’t have a dollar menu, LOL YES YOU DO ITS ON YOUR SIGN😭 the woman front was professional but he clearly can’t even handle a simple question

Went through drive through added extra oreo extra Carmel on my Carmel frappe they put a M as extra Carmel and said I will have to go in or around to pay for more Carmel so I went in and tried to pay for 8 Carmel 8 oreo and male morning manager responded and said if you don't like how me make it go somewhere else I asked for my refund on the whole order

I swear most of my orders are wrong. They are young and just don't care. There isn't a sense of urgency or a need to do things right.

Stopped by at 10:49 on a Friday. They are supposed to open until 11 pm. When I pulled into the drive thru they said they decided to close early. I could see at least 3 staff hanging out in the booths upon arrival. Take into consideration moderation if you stop near close, they likely won’t serve you.
