I have lived in Kaukauna for a year now and I go to this McDonalds often and have never had a problem. I’m always greeted with a smile. My order is always right. But also when I come face to face with them I have a smile on my face and ask them how they are doing. Sometimes just those 3 little things can make a difference.
Every time I order extra sauce on my breakfast bagels I never receive it. There’s barely any sauce to begin with so I’m not too sure what that’s about. Service was awesome however!
Give Michael a raise, he’s so nice and kind and funny

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its quick service and friendly staff. The menu offers a variety of breakfast items, as well as classic burgers, fries, and drinks. Many customers appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru and the ability to use the McDonald's app to save money. The restaurant also features a play area for children, although some customers have reported issues with cleaning under the benches and in the playground. Additionally, there are concerns about the layout of the drive-thru and parking, especially during peak times, which can be a hassle. Overall, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction, but some customers wish for improvements, like reducing salt levels on fries and burgers.
