I cannot recommend Vanessa’s meals enough. Everything we have tried is delicious—carefully crafted from local ingredients and seasoned perfectly. We don’t eat meat, but we certainly don’t miss it in these hearty dishes. The soups are extraordinary, and there are several misdemeanors I would commit for one of those cheese and herb biscuits.

The thoughtfulness Chef Vanessa puts into every dish is outstanding. Cooking with local and seasonal produce, she creates dishes with layers and layers of flavors. I've tried dishes I would have never dreamed of, with flavor combinations that I would have never considered possible, and I've enjoyed every single meal! She has also been extremely accommodating with food allergies and other preferences (gluten-free, vegetarian).
