I cannot recommend Vanessa’s meals enough. Everything I have tried is amazing. I have asked Vanessa if she can make the meals low sodium, heart healthy, and vegetarian- she goes out of her way to do so and cooks it to perfection. I cannot recommend Vanessa’s meals enough. Everything we have tried is delicious—carefully crafted from local ingredients and seasoned perfectly. We don’t eat meat, but we certainly don’t miss it in these hearty dishes. The soups are extraordinary, and there are several misdemeanors I would commit for one of those cheese and herb biscuits.
