Van Abel’s catered our wedding on March 7th, providing both appetizers and dinner, and they did an absolutely incredible job! 💍✨ Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, especially the appetizers - they were a huge hit! 😋 The entire team was professional, organized, and made the catering experience smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and quality of food truly helped make our special day even more memorable. ❤ We received so many compliments from our family and friends, and we would highly recommend Van Abel’s to anyone looking for amazing wedding catering. 🎉

We had Van Abel's cater our wedding and they did a fantastic job. People loved the food and the catering staff were extremely attentive. They were also very accommodating to dietary restrictions. The off-site catering was extremely smooth and the communication throughout the process made everything very easy!

Awsome, waiter made us feel welcome

Went their Saturday the 20th ordered a ribeye steak it had no flavor and the waitress never came back to our table too see how everything was never going back. Would like tooo update this if I can Chris from VanAbels reached out to me about this and he made it right, it's nice to know that some places really care about their customers I will be going back, once again to Chris thank you.

Easter chicken dinner awesome.. birthday dinner sat night for steak and seafood a bust.. steak raw ordered meduim.. no flavor.. waitress never came back to check on meal, scallops very good all 5 of them, shrimp mealy.. I'll go back for chicken.. but thats it

I was at a wedding June 7, 2026. The food that was catered from Van Abel’s was awful. The steak was overcooked and tuff and dry, the chicken dish was also so dry. I heard many complaints about the food. Food is one of the
memories people talk about.

One of the best places in Wisconsin to enjoy a Friday evening fish fry! The deep-fried perch and deep-fried cod are delicious, along with the hash browns with cheese and onions!

Amelia was our amazing bartender! Great drinks and warm and friendly service. Madison was our waitress and was very friendly. Had a great time but skip the mash if you go.

We LOVE Van Abel's so it only made sense we book our wedding there. We looked at other venues but kept coming back here. I worked with Patty (who is a friend of mine) and she is just a rockstar in general. Answered all my questions, really kept a timeline for when things were due, up front on proposals and details. We are so happy we booked them. My family from out of state RAVED about the chicken and tips.
