The confusion with the hours open is because the former owner's hours. They are open Sunday at 12:30 pm. This page as well as Apple maps showed closed. I was there yesterday 3/8/2026 1:30 pm. Had a great prime rib sandwich.
If the prior owner could get into the apple maps or every place they know of and install current hours if would benefit John and Heidi immensely.
My husband and I along with our son and his fiance ate here for the first time this past Saturday. Everything was excellent from the drinks, salad bar, ribs, steaks and staff. Will definitely be back next spring!

John & Heidi’s Happy Daze is a welcoming restaurant with excellent food and service. The salad bar is great, with a variety of options. The prime rib, breasted chicken, and thin crust pizza with lots of toppings are outstanding. The steak, shrimp, cheese curds, and fries are highly recommended. The in-house smoked ribs are a must-try. The owners are friendly and have made many improvements. The staff is attentive, even during busy times. Overall, a fantastic dining experience worth returning to, even for those who have to drive a long way.
