Roaches. I just saw a tik tok that this place has roaches all over and even in the food. My stomach is turning just thinking about the fact that I have eaten there. Be warned.

I sat there for over 20 minutes and they didn't even take our drink orders and there were barely any customers there were no reasons to ignore me a waiter took the people next us orders and they just walked right past us many times

Second Applebees of the night. The one I went to first was in Milwaukee on my way home back to IL. Figured we’d stop at this location instead since we've been here before and service was always on a timely manner & it’s on the way. We get greeted right away, get seated & get our drink order taken within 5 mins of being there. Mind you, only 3 other tables were seated besides us. 15 mins passed & our waitress had not returned to take our food order either. Got up & left from this location as well. So disappointed in the Applebees franchise. Lost a good tipping customer.

Had the pleasure of visiting my local neighborhood bar & grill in Kenosha & I couldn’t be more disappointed. Upon arriving, our waitress (can’t remember her name, only the disgusting attitude) immediately gave us the impression she clearly had no intention of taking the time to be friendly, courteous, or sincere. We waited 45 minutes to an hour for our drinks, & then an additional hour for our food. When we asked for a time frame, she replied “yeah it’s coming” rolled her eyes, & walked off. Didn’t offer an apology for the wait, not even a “sorry, the kitchen is a little backed up”, NOTHING. She should honesty be retrained if that’s the service she provides. I did HOWEVER, notice the waiter to my right (a tall black gentlemen) taking care of his customers to a degree of care that should be recognized & applauded. The manager offered multiple apologies but it doesn’t make up for the fact that we chose YOUR establishment & wasted 2 hours of our time. Not only did half my table not eat their meal, we didn’t want to take it home bc of the poor quality ON TOP of the terrible service. Instead of finishing the meals that came out COLDER THAN ROOM TEMPERATURE, we headed across the street to Mission BBQ to make up for the terrible service we received here.

It was good, went for the New Orleans menu items. They were very short staffed so our server wasnt able to take care of us as efficiently as she should but she worked very hard. Food was pretty average, not bad, not amazing.

Service was slow . Got the spinach and artichoke dip as appetizer it was cold . Main entrees were nothing special . The drinks were the best part . Good deals on the alcohol drinks and they were made perfect

I love Applebees and have been there before but tonight the manager was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival he seemed rude and to not care about helping his staff with their needs and so service was slower than usual. He was even seating customers before the staff could even finish cleaning tables. Which seemed really rude to his staff member.Our waitress Jasmyne was awesome and very attentive and my food came out amazing. Just didn't like the management tonight. He could be better
The Manager was extremely rude to the customers and the server. Our waitress was very nice and provided us with great service but the manager had no regard for the customers or his employees. Great service and food but very poor management.

Haven't been there in a long time. The food was great, and so was Jasmine, our server. She was really nice.
Ordered for pick up and waited outside for 40 minutes. Called multiple times and they said it wasnt all done yet. Once they brought it out half of the food was cold and missing part of the order. Last time I was here was 2 uears ago and still hasn't improved. Never again... Chilli's is 100x better!
