I had an amazing experience at Arby’s yesterday, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The employee, Dogan, was super helpful in guiding me through the mobile app. I was trying to snag a deal and was a bit confused about how to apply it. Dogan was quick to help me navigate the app, making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and he even double-checked that everything was right on the order. Kudos to Dogan and the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable!

They had a new gyro sandwich. I wanted to try. It was different than I am used to. It was like you warm it up in the microwave kind of tastes. I mean, It's may not be that, but that's what it taste to me.

I believe it was the manager there tonight who was very friendly and kind to me and another customer I saw. Told the girl working to give me a large drink even though I ordered a medium on accident. I ordered online for pickup and everything was made perfectly and exactly on time.

This is the first Arby's I've ever been to where the cheddar on the beef and cheddar was so little you didn't have any worry about getting sauce on your hand. I opened it up, and there was barely anything on it. So I asked at the counter and the very friendly cashier asked her manager. That woman told her that it is dispensed automatically, and if I want more, I need to buy it. Guess we just get a beef and cheddar in the center at this Arbys. It's quite disappointing, and if it is a corporate cost saving shame on corporate....but the other location near my house wasn't that way 3 months ago....
The place is nice and clean and so was the bathroom.
Had to wait 8 minutes for any employee to come to the counter. Will never return here.

The food was pretty bad as far as Arby's is concerned. I was not happy at all when I finished eating my food. Service was good. They didn't get anything wrong. But they just aren't a good Arby's.

I went thru drive thru. It was quick. When I got to the window and the kid was handing me my order he had no emotion on his face no hi bye hello nothing. Just handed me my ordered and literally shut the window. I felt a little off put by the interaction or lack of
