Avoid the Steak Nuggets. They are expensive (~$10 for 9 little bite size pieces, + $5 more for small drink and fries), tiny and super dry. Should be called beef bits and are nothing like what you see on the commercials.

UPDATE: Arby's sent a follow-up link to provide further details. I completed their form and questionnaire and submitted, only to get a request rejected message (attached). Did this 3 more times and same result. They are not really wanting feedback, apparently

Best Arby's that I have been to. Super friendly staff, excellent service, best quality of the food from any of the ones I have eaten at. If you like Arby's, this is the one to go to.

Food was okay. Wait time tucked. Our sandwiches were up but was waiting on the fries. They messed up other orders. One customer brought their chicken sandwich back in because it wasn't done. Very short staffed. One staff member copped an attitude with a customer. Won't be going back.

Do you're self a favor and avoid ordering in the evening...half the bun was crunchy hard...barley half a small order of fries..They waited to give me my softdrink until they handed me my order and it was watered down from near full cup of ice 🧊...absolutely disgusting food..WARNING!!!!

Ordered ASAP through app which said 5 minutes. Once order was sent and paid for, app told me 20 minutes . No one was at the restaurant and employee refused to make the order until 2 minutes before scheduled pick up despite me having a confirmation number and it being two roast beef sandwiches. The app does not allow cancellations but gives a phone number … to the restaurant and the same employee telling me I cannot cancel but instead need to speak to a district manager in the morning to receive a complimentary meal. This is beyond ridiculous.

Mac n cheese, 4.19. And got 1/3 container full. Crazy. Go to chic filet and got one for 4.19 and it was full and good. Never going to this arbys again.

I had an amazing experience at Arby’s yesterday, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The employee, Dogan, was super helpful in guiding me through the mobile app. I was trying to snag a deal and was a bit confused about how to apply it. Dogan was quick to help me navigate the app, making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and he even double-checked that everything was right on the order. Kudos to Dogan and the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable!

Consistently the worst service, longest wait time for poor quality food. Absolutely the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your money or your time at this location.
