Visiting on Thanksgiving I expected a premium price for the buffet. The meal was average but the pumpkin pie was frozen. To top it off they automatically added 20% gratuity even though there was no service and a self serve buffet. Very disappointed!

Thanksgiving buffet was good but was charged for drink doubles when we ordered singles. The waitress argued that they were doubles but I saw the single pours but charged for doubles. I guess the customer isn't right at the birchwood grill. $240 for three for Thanksgiving dinner and drinks was excessive. No prime rib or seafood on the buffet. .

All the food was delicious. The service was incredible. I have never seen a business that got so into the holidays. The aviance was awesome. Highly recommend eating here.

BEWARE….Stopped in today for the buffet. While eating the banana pudding I felt something hard in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a curly metal shaving from the metal can/ can opener.
We called the server over who stated she is the daughter of the owner. She explained that they just ordered a new can opener off of Amazon because the current one was no longer sharp. She also mentioned they are still using the old can opener.
She did apologize and offered me some packaged cookies. Yes, in case you are wondering I did still have to pay full price for my buffet.
I do not see myself returning to their establishment. Hopefully I did not swallow any pieces of the shaving. I understand accidents happen, but I think this should have been handled differently.

The fish dinner consisted of 4 small pieces of fried cod and a baked potato,you could also choose fries. It was very tasty but rather a skimpy dinner. Not a good value. Our waitress was superb. Very personable and on top of things. Plenty of parking and seating. There were no prices on the drink menu or on the dessert menu. I like everything to be transparent. We had a big surprise amount when the bill came. A glass of wine was $12.

Kinda pricey to add the brunch buffet for sub par chicken and shrimp
I really enjoyed eating here! Perfect place to meet up with family or friends for a nice filling meal! I usually come when I meet up with my sister and her family, since she lives so close to here. I feel like the prices are good also! Definitely a must try if you are in the area!
