Love Birchwood Grill. Best salad bar anywhere. Today they had St. Patrick's Day buffet. So many great things Corned beef and Cabbage, red potatoes, fried chicken, BBQ ribs, large fried shrimp with fresh cocktail sauce and fresh horseradish... great chicken and vegetables soup and my fav cream of potato along with buttered sour dough bread. They also irush soda bread we with cinnamon butter which was awesome and so many delicious deserts - Irish cake, bailys Irish cake, pistachio cookies, and 5 more deserts.. such a great deal. Michelle was our server and sisters Stephanie and Jenny are always a sight for soar eyes. They are good people. ☺️

We came in around 7pm on 2/1/26.
We came in with a party of seven, three of them being kids. Three of us ordered the buffet, and the others ordered from the menu. My son got cheese quesadillas, and I specifically asked for the toppings to be on the side. When the food arrived, everything was already on top. I asked for it to be remade, but all they did was scrape the toppings off instead of actually fixing it. When we were finished, we were handed a bill for $187 that included an automatic 37% gratuity. They said it was because we had a large party. But only three people were actually served, and no one ever cleared our plates or checked on us. My wife spoke to them and said we weren’t paying a 37% tip for that level of service. They agreed to lower it to 20%. However, when we got home and checked the receipt, they had still charged the full 37%. Because of this, I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. Overall, very disappointing experience and not what we expected.
