After ordering online, driving to the store and waiting for my order to be finished. My boneless wings are more breading than meat, they didn't have the sauces i wanted for the wings and the fries were cold. Had i read the reviews before ordering it could have saved my wallet and my taste buds. Shut the location down.

I order pickup at this restaurant frequently after 8pm and there's never an employee at the pickup counter. The waitstaff doesnt assist with pickups which is understandable but after ten minutes I call the restaurant phone after waiting unattended so someone is forced to leave the kitchen to help. Why is it so hard?

It was a football Sunday. It was busy however we were able to get seated in a timely manner.

Food is sub par. Overpriced. I dont want to blame the servers because it seemed like their wasn't enough. But getting handed your food 30 minutes after pick up time is Ridiculous! Don't know why anyone would eat here. Support your local establishments

I am so completely baffled by the experience my husband, our friend and children had the night of November 3rd.

My husband and friend were out with the kids for food and my husband was enjoying a beer. We have a one year old who likes to throw things and my husband began to sweep the fries under by the table to clean up after they were all done eating.

While trying to enjoy their time a man at the bar begins to make remarks to my husband from across the restaurant. Saying things like “pick those up” “you’re not fit to be a father sitting there drinking a beer” “I’m gonna call the cops on you for drinking and then having your kids with you”.

The man continued these remarks and pretended to call the cops. My kids felt scared and uncomfortable. My husband was uncomfortable as well.

My husband attempted to speak with the manager in hopes to get this guy to stop tormenting him for no reason and the manager did not care, didn’t make eye contact, stared at the tv and simply said “we will take care of it” “oh just ignore it”.

Meanwhile no one spoke to this man and he continued to verbally torment my husband , was laughing with the bartenders about it and low and behold we find out he is a regular and a friend of these co workers.

So this manager just let this guy sit there and verbally torment my family doing absolutely nothing. My kids (the 6 and 8 year old) went to bed scared that night. This was absolutely disgusting.

We will be filling a complaint and perhaps go further. This was absolutely disgusting. All of them should feel ashamed.

Buffalo wild wings charged me for a meal I didn't order. They claimed they accidentally added the charge and that it would be voided. They never voided the charge like they claimed and I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. I will not be returning to this scummy business.

I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations and by far this one is the absolute worst. Missing food, missing wings on my order. I had to go back not once but twice and no one took hold accountable. If you’re thinking about putting an order here, I definitely recommend you to look elsewhere.
