We love our BWW ...from Flint Michigan , I will admit service is better in Flint! But this BWW has more beer selections, not as big, but just as clean!

We got seated, which took about 15 minutes because the place was trashed, about 5 or 6 empty tables that were not clean. Another couple got sat at least 5 minutes after us. The waitress went to there table first. Someone else had to come get our drink orders and appetizer order. When she finally came to our table she was extremely short with us, and no smile. I felt like she definitely didn't want our table, she one came back once and that was to bring our food. We had to ask someone else for refills. So I probably won't be back. Nova was the servers name, I hope she does better for your other customers.

This is sad and disgusting, I am so disappointed! My tenders are old barely any fries in here. All hard as a rock!! Definately never will order from here again, wings are cold and hard, come on, this is terribly sad, I do not recommend this location.

Our order included chips and guacamole, fries and two orders of wings with ranch on the side. They forgot the ranch, so the wings (especially the dry rub) were almost inedible. The guacamole was good and the fries very dry.

They did charge $3.99 delivery fee and 1.99 service fee. I included a 25% tip, nevertheless when I called to ask if they could send me the ranch they forgot, the lady said they don’t have a delivery driver. She did have the nerve to tell me I am welcome to go and pick it up.

There are many other options in Kenosha and these people don’t try hard enough.

Had to stand by the front door for half an hour before being seated despite there being several open tables. It took over an hour to get our food, and when it finally came, my wings were so overcooked and dry that they were difficult to even bite into. It wasn't even busy, the place was half empty. If it was due to being short staffed or something, we should have been made aware of that up front, or they should have just closed down for the night as they clearly didn't have the staff required to actually run properly.

Buffalo wild wings has horrible service. The servers suck!!!! Do not go there unless you want disappointment. Cold food, 20 minutes to get a drink. Was not worth the money....

Ordered takeout online and was told it would take about 20 minutes. Went to pick it up and had to wait another 30 minutes when the restaurant was not even packed or full. When I finally got my food home, it was wrong despite the receipt on the bag and the sticker on the box both being correct. Cheese sticks were also cold. I Called them at least 15x to try and address the issue, because I didn’t wanna go up there without letting them know first and potentially having to wait another hour for new food. Since no one ever answered the phone I had to just go back up and hope the issue could be corrected in a shorter timeframe than the first. I went in and told them what happened and gave them the bag of food, and shortly after they brought the empty crumpled up bag back out, put it on the counter, and said they were working on it. When they brought the correct order out, it was in the same dirty box that the wrong food was in, and they also couldn’t bother to put it in a new bag. I won’t be ordering here anytime in the near future.

Went for the unlimited mix and match apps just for the server kamee to tell us we couldn’t mix and match AFTER we ordered the apps. That we had to stick to what we originally ordered which was disappointing because the whole reason we came was to try all of the appetizers

I requested bone-in wings and half was bone-in and the other half was boneless. The bone-in wings looked like they just poured the sauce on some of the wings in the takeout container.

BDubs is not what it used to be. You can no longer call them to order food, so you're forced to use thier terrible website that is slow or forced to download thier app. I ordered online, picked up food and went home to find my order wrong and missing an item. We only come here when we are given gift cards and now I remember why. Next time I'm giving those cards away .

We placed a large group order (+15 meals) for a team lunch. We had everything from meals to people bundling a bunch of wing flavors. The staff was super helpful in going over everything and making sure we were not missing anything. We went during lunch rush and were still able to get in and out with the take out counter quickly. They make sure we have all that we need before we leave too.

Very rude staff, I called with a question and was treated very poorly. Also the staff hung the phone on. I only was inquiring about the pick 6 for $19.99. I don't think I will return ,also they need friendly staff.

Must try the fried cauliflower wings. They were fantastic.

I have ordered Buffalo Wild Wings plenty of times through door dash and everytime has been great…except tonight. We ordered 20 wings, large fry, and 4 sides combo. First off, we never recieved our ranch and carrots, second our wings were rock hard, cold, and not even coated in sauce. This is extremely disappointing considering this is one of our favorite places to order from at night.
