Stopped for lunch with my daughter. Fries mushy, fish sandwiches mushy, buns were mushy, soda dispenser was broke. Ended up throwing all of my food in the garbage.The place smelled like dirty mop water. Tables were all dirty. The ladies working there were busting their butts but there was only two of them. Where is management where are the franchisees or the owners. Stop blaming the employees when you yourself should be working at that restaurant if you really cared about it.
I understand it’s busy but the manager shouldn’t be yelling at everyone, especially when I already got my food. Maybe she should do her job and help her employees instead of barking orders.
Also why is the limping employee, whom is at least 10-20 year older than everyone the one bringing out the food...
Hope she realizes we can see and hear everything.
Next time I’ll make the trip and get McDonald’s or KFC.
