I've been here a few times in the last year. The food is what you'd expect as the chain, so not really commenting on that. If you like Burger King, you like Burger King... But I specifically wanted to leave the review because every time I've been in this location, all the employees I've interacted with have been helpful, courteous, and friendly. To the point that I've made note of the great service. At a fast food restaurant, and anywhere really, that's worth acknowledging.

I wanted to give a shout out to the late night workers. I stopped in the drive thru just past midnight on Saturday night going into Sunday morning. Best service I have ever received. Friendly, fast, and correct. The lady took my order was very friendly and got everything right. Whoever made the food rocked, it was hot and tasted fresh. They got my entire order right and I enjoyed my meal. Stay awesome night crew!

My review used to be 5 stars but Iām changing it to one. I got a sandwich with whah I can only describe as a āspitefulā amount of sauce. I donāt have time to go through the drive through again for a refund. I wanted it right the first time. Will not be coming back.

Anytime I order at this location they always seem to forget to add the extras toppings I paid for. 3 for 3 in the past couple months. At least they are consistent.

Food is alright, customer service is where their problem is. Made a door dash ordered around 4:30 pm on November 6th. The dasher waited a very long time and the staff were very rude. The dasher called me to say to check my order, which was missing several items. Almost every time I go I am usually missing something. Tell me what 2 weeks ago I waited for over 10 minutes for 2 whopper jr's and 2 shakes. Morning crew is usually good, it's the evening crew that needs to be retrained

One complaint is sometimes very slow service, and like every Burger King, I hope you like enormous lettuce hearts because you never get a sandwich without them

I do like me some Burger King, but I had one of the worst experiences at the restaurant 3007 80th st. In Kenosha, WI I was in the drive through for several minutes no one came to take my order. I drove around parked and went in. The place was dirty crap on the floor and tables. There were flys all over, landing on me, the tables and chairs. What's it like in the back? Myself and another gentleman finally got our food, and we had to ask for our drinks. The the other person made a comment nothing bad, to the manager and she talked back with choice words and was incredibly rude. I / we will never ever go to this restaurant again.

Haven't done BK for a while, but came to this one today because it was always good in the past. The staff here was fun professional and made it a great ordering experience. No problems with my order and food was fresh. A++ for sure thanks again 80 st. Bk crew!
