Haven't done BK for a while, but came to this one today because it was always good in the past. The staff here was fun professional and made it a great ordering experience. No problems with my order and food was fresh. A++ for sure thanks again 80 st. Bk crew!

I don't typically give a poor review but this place is the pits. The whole experience was the worst. The food was cold and terrible. The order was wrong. When confronted the employee's I was wrong. They didn't even give me a receipt so I could prove that I was right.I am never ever going back!

My boys love BK! The staff here have been friendly and love taking with the boys. Orders have been accurate and did had been hot and fresh. 5 out of 5 within the fast food realm.

FLITHY, DIRTY OIL/KITCHEN, WRONG ORDER/CHARGES, FOOD POISONING. Employees are lazy, do not pay attention while you are ordering & will get your order wrong 100% of the time in the drive-thru while making you wait pull forward for 30 minutes. I was charged incorrectly twice, given the wrong order after it was verbally confirmed twice which made the girl in the drive-thru window get unprofessionally upset at other employees. After noticing to incorrect charges and order I noticed that the nuggets were extremely dark. When I asked an employee their response was âthe oil we fry in is dirty and needs to be changedâ this is a very big health concern and someone is going to get seriously sick from the lack of cleanliness and lack of care from employees. The health department needs to audit this location and to a serious inspection and corporate needs to reevaluate and train their employees. I would avoid this Burger King at all cost unless you want to be charged wrong and get food poisoning from their filthy building.
Always order from there and I never had a bad experience as I had today, the lady was very disrespectful and the machine for drinks was no working, sprite tasted like water and was mostly ice she was rude to us when I asked about it and when I got my change back she put the quarters in the bag and landed in my fries and when I complained to her she was rude and disrespectful and put another fry in my bag and kept rolling her eyes at me and I said what did you just do and she proceeded to be rude and said I put your change in the bag and I got upset and said why would you do that my son is going to eat that and thatâs a hazard and proceeded to be rude and disrespectful started cussing. I should ask for her name or to talk to the manager but I was really upset.

My food was wrong & I didn't realize until.i had eaten half of it as I was starving. I not only got wrong toppings on my burger, it all tasted bad. Nuggets were like bricks. Fries soggy

If youâre going to start using the first window then someone should be standing there when cars are driving up. Also donât yell out the windows at your customers, simply walk to the second window and inform your customer to use the first window next time and accept my payment at the second window. Fries tasted like old oil.
