The skinny black woman who worked today for breakfast 4-6-24 need to be fired..her attitude was as if I'm wrong for ordering and the food was extremely salty and didn't taste right..it's not the first time I've came here for breakfast this yr and every time I second guess spending my money with this place because of the type of folks working there..especially the breakfast crew..never again will I spend a penny at this location

I cant speqk for the rest of the staff but whoever was on the first drive thru window on 01/24/24 at 1240 your useless scum of this earth bottom of the barrel your at work and sitting on your phone laughing and having an entire conversation while im at work waiting in a drive thru line being ignored i finally honk and you are rude as can be dont tell me my total and didnt even look at me not even a name tag otherwise id say your pathetic name ur a loser. Burger king needs to pay more to keep the ghetto scum away shes probably on probation and this is the only job she can get not even dressed in proper work attire the world wonders how she has a job

Literally sat in the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes for someone to take my order.. Took my order and she got it wrong, didn't give me a receipt, and the lady that gave me my food was unfriendly and rude. NEVER going back.

On a handful of workers here are nice. And a couple that need more customer service training. I went during breakfast and I ordered lunch food. And clearly the lady was upset that I was ordering lunch food during breakfast. I come here often and half of the time I’m missing food or my order isn’t right.
The burgerking on 80th is pretty good but they need to put more fries in there large orders I was there and they got my double whopper order wrong place was a Little dirty and the worst service I had since a month

I went yesterday for the king of burgers and the overall experience was sub par at best. I wanted to give this location a try knowing that the other location has disappointed me in the past I was hoping for better but alas, the quest continues for good BK because when it done right it's a really good quick burger.Service - I felt a bit like an inconvenience as a customer and that's never a good thing. Front of house employees seemed too busy for myself and the one other gentleman that came in just before I did.Food - I actually love Burger King Whoppers but for some reason this one didn't have the flavor that is normally in the burger itself. It was a strange experience because I know they are flame broiled but this didn't taste that way, maybe the recipe has changed overall. I also had a couple things removed when I ordered from the sandwich but when I received the burger they were there prompting my removal of them. The fries were ok but nothing really to get excited about & I purposely went near peak time to ensure optimum fry/burger time but somehow neither were hot. The drink I got from the Coca Cola freestyle machine I learned about 1 mile down the road was not carbonated either so overall just a bad experience.
