Very slow experience here. 6:50 at night. 4 employees preparing and running food. Unimpressive. The food flavor was consistent with a typical BK. However, the order was wrong, and the wait was uncharacteristic of a normal BK. Dissapointing.

WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! Had a mobile order got parked ordered at 8:15 still currently sitting it’s 8:50 go inside they tell me they handed the order out! OKAY WELL NOT TO ME if I’m still sitting here! Rude customer service! Will never stop here again EVER! Horrible customer service for someone to have paid their money to get parked for this long and get told “their person ran the food out” i watched a worker come out with a super little bag i had 4 meals!

If I wanted to wait 20 mins for food I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. On top of that when we got our food everything was cold. The two workers I encountered before the third one were rude, unprofessional and didn’t seem to care or know what they were doing. Last time I’ll go there
