Took 30 minutes for two whopper meals. This chain is going downhill quick. Fries were not even hot when they finally finished the order.

I asked for extra onions and got none on my whopper...it even stated it on my receipt, for a store that just recently opened I expected better. Very disappointed.

Bad service from the females the man cleaning the bathroom was super friendly. Maybe that guy should be the one at the register and the other 2 females cleaning toilets. It looks like they do face recognition for 5 minutes before you can place an order😂. Y es una falta de respeto atender a una persona primero que llego último después de que sabes que llevo rato esperando. They like to test your patience. They do it with all the intention. Owners should talk about this with your employees. Never had this issue with the black Manager. He had everything under control. Bring him back. 🙏😁.

I gave this place three times to get my order right. Ran out of fries and nuggets and you weren't informed until your order was delivered. I ended up having to drive there. I gave them a chance to rectify the situation. My order was wrong 3x, on top of that I think it was done purposely because there were discrepancies about Doordash order and in-store orders. To No avail just to still receive unsatisfactory service. I usually go on 80th in Kenosha. I'm also a Dasher, which they didn't know. They also tried to blame Dasher for misinformation and incomplete order. I had spoke to someone at the restaurant so they could not blame the Dasher. I will be calling corporate and talking to Manager, which by the way was not working when all this happened. Like I said I am also a Dasher and most Kenosha residence order from there just look at the ratings from this place 2.9. I got takeout and delivery and they were both wrong.

UPDATE: I went back to this establishment not only did the Manager Yolanda make me feel like I mattered, she was very professional. I believe in second chances. My experience was much better than my last.

Very poor service. Workers are lazy and moving so slow i feel the dead could work much faster. Woman was starting to get irritated and acting very unprofessional. Came in the previous night and the same thing. If you dont want to work stay home and if you cant handle the work get a different job. Its fast food not rocket science. Laziest group of workers i have ever seen.

Despite the other reviews, which is clearly due to being understaffed, which you can visibly see if there's only two people running the kitchen and the front counter.
The staff is quite friendly, morning staff and night staff, came through the drive through and ordered a Whopper with no onion
I was asked to wait for fresh fries but wasn't disappointed when my food came out piping hot, even after driving 10 minutes home. This place needs some love and a bit of patience to wait, but I'd say it's worth it, past few times I've come here my food was made correctly and by no means cold. Unlike other places I know who can't get a simple meal order right, this place is amazing.

2 cars in front in drive through, after waiting 10mns with no movement, went in, people moving like they were 90 years old, ordered and then person came back and asked what we wanted again. We walked out, never again! Franchise owner should be horrified by their hires.

The first time I came here service was slow, and its still not super fast however the employees more than make up for it. When they're out of something they're very accomidating and friendly. Kim was the highlight of my trip here and the highlight of my day as well. Thank you!

Worst whoppers ever.

Ordered 10whoppers heavy all. The guy says the grill will be ready up to temp in 5 minutes. 20 min later I go in and say are they ready yet. The guy says the guy just got there to finish putting the grill together and it’ll be up to temp soon. 15 min later I get the food…they forgot the heavy all, ketchup and mustard. Sooo disappointed.
