My husband and I came in today, just a usual lunch time for us. Myron greeted us with an amazing attitude, made us smile and laugh. Really boosted our experience here. He gave the same great energy to everyone that came in after us. Overall the staff is really nice and accommodating. Our food was also delicious and came out quickly.

I came to bk in a blizzard last week and the drive thru was packed. I didn’t mind the wait because the service was excellent. The manager working in the evening went above and beyond. He even made me new chicken fries because he didn’t like how the first batch came out. Five

I've ordered from here a lot and they usually mess it up. I send in mobile orders, and then the things I change are never done. It's like they see the name of the item ordered and they don't know that people might want something added/taken off. The fact that this is a regular problem is what upsets me.
Ordered at 6:13pm inside.... walked pjt with cols food at 6:45..... no wonder they are closing them all

Best BK in Kenosha, it’s brand new and everything is fresh always! The other ones in Kenosha should be shut down because I know the use old grease on there hash browns so disgusting but this location is where it’s at, soooo goood!!

Only car in line and over an hour before close. Got asked to pull around to the front door from the drive through window. From there we had a nice view of 2 employees outside and 1 watching from the window and talking to another via the headsets, food came out about 15 mins later, cold. Will go back to forgetting this location is even an option.
The guy who was working Sunday morning was super friendly and not offended when I asked for extra items. The way all customer service should be.
