Very rude! and the price is ridiculous and has gone up very much. Called within 30 seconds of placing an order after the price hit me. Lady yelled on the phone and hung up, been coming here for 8 years or Soo, never again, food isn't nothing special and gone downhill.Kenosha has way better options.

They are 100% accurate for the ETA of pick-up time. Their menu is priced pretty reasonably. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff are polite and helpful.

Omg this place is amazing. I love the food here. It's really the only Chinese place i go to because I'm picky, but omg, this place has great flavor, and their workers are quiet but polite. I am obsessed with their shrimp lomaine, No vegetables bean sprouts only, and their crab Rangoons Best thing Since Sliced bread yall I'm telling you. 5/5 stars ?

After you order if you have EYES and can look around you'll see all utensils and condiments needed. I am obsessed with their dumplings, fried rice and lo mein with any meat options, their sesame chicken, all of it! Honestly writing this review has made my family and I wanna order Chen's tonight ?! This is a Chen's house and oh so happy about it! OH I almost forgot, EVERY TIME we order dine out always ready within 15 mins. Quick, efficient, tasty, absolutely the BEST!
