Have had terrible quality food the last three times I have been here. This is the last straw for me. The staff and management do not care about customer satisfaction and continue to serve old and stale food. The guacamole in this pic wasn’t even from there, but added on myself since they were out at only 6pm!! Seriously? Can’t even reach a human being over the phone to get assistance with these issues. I love Chipotle, but this location needs to do better. Highly disappointed.

I recently moved here and have been eating chipotle for quite sometime now and this location is by far the best. The staff is extremely friendly, making eye contact and ensuring quality portions are served. The manager runs his staff extremely well and greets you before you even have two feet in the door. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Kenosha Chipotle!

I'd like to say it's not hard to make a hard taco, but I guess it is at this Chipotle. Soggy, sloppy, and tasteless. They also gave my brother someone else's burrito bowl instead of the one he ordered.
I'd rather go to Taco Bell than order from here again.

They are always out of fajita veggies, today I gave them another chance and they were out once again. I told the manager on duty , never mind , I’ll just cancel my order and this is crazy. As I turned to leave she then shouted , “you’re being rude , you need to leave!” Over and over, she wouldn’t allow me to respond. I have had two terrible experiences here and should have known better, but I wanted to share my experience . She wouldn’t give me her name , nor would any employee, when you call corporate they just give you the run around . They do not believe in accountability , or standards of any sort. You all need to sell your company and never operate anything again. I do not care about your cliche “thanks for the feedback” I just dare you all to actually do something to better your establishment. Absolutely sad excuse for a Chipotle , that manager on duty needs to be fired or sent back to the dish room for good.

One of my favorite places to eat
I had a large chunk of cartlige in my burrito bowl, a quarter size chunk of avocado skin in my guacamole, and what I hope is a beard hair in my chips. Absolutely will not be back, not worth the 17bucks spent on a bowl and chips.

I have been visiting this location for over 15 months and usually get a bowl. I always have to ask for cilantro and they get it from the back. Recently I asked for it last week and Alexa Meza, the (GN) denied my request and didn't explain why. She fixed her eyes on me when I entered because she always gives me a difficult time with 3 tablespoons of cilantro in those small plastic cups that I gladly pay for. I felt very unwelcomed, shunned, and discriminated against. She had her other coworkers talking in silence as they ignored me.
It was horrible, I pray no one has to experience this type of unpleasant treatment. If an ingredient is available at a QSR, shouldn't you be able to purchase it? Would you happen to know if this is legal? I also filed a complaint on their website and still have not received a response. The service here doesn't even deserve 1 star. Qdoba is much better, I , my family, and friends shall continue to give Qdoba our business instead.

I don't typically eat chipotle, but when I do I get the same thing every time. I had ordered online for a pick up and came in store to pick it up. I had to wait for the associates to finish talking about rappers to be helped. Then when I was helped my order was still being made. Cool, happy to wait. I sat down in one of the chairs to wait. The table was sticky and covered in food. Then when my order was done the lady didn't come to me, she just tossed the bag at me and walked away. Extremely rude atmosphere and customer service. I get to my car to eat and the fajita veggies are raw, like just chopped and thrown in. No sauce, no sauteed, no color. Disappointing and not what I ordered. This is the only location close to my house besides going down to IL, and I think I'd rather take a trip than come here again

Tried to call to have a part of my order fixed. First I got the run around then when I was being transferred to a person in store, they hung up in my face without saying anything
My favorite
This location is horrible. Between the portions of protein and not adding ingredients from the app orders. It's happened on multiple occasions. Never had as many issues going to Chipotle and getting the correct order like I have with this location.
