Went in during a slow period and did this on purpose because I've never been here and wanted to feel like I wasnt holding up customers that knew exactly what they wanted, even let people go in front of us so we could take our time. From the moment we started placing our order we were given dirty looks by the girls working behind the counter, not sure their problem but that was unprofessional and very disrespectful of those girls. The dining room hadn't been touched in what looked like hours from how slow it was during our visit. Not one time did anyone go wipe a table off or sweep the nasty floor but they could all stand behind the counter with their personal conversations going and dirty looks being given. You guys need to get new managers that dont let these kids stand around and give looks and not clean the restaurant. You can't look out into the lobby and not see the mess there was. We had to share the 4 person table with old food smeared right next to us.

I appreciate Chipotle's programs of introducing new items.
I still like viewing the food before I select it. Sometimes I will just go veggie if the meats look tired!

I didn't realize the app had defaulted to a Chipotle in another state. When I went to pick up my food from this location we realized the mistake. The lady in the Chipotlelane was amazing and quickly remade my order for me without any fuss. I was shocked at the service from this employee going above and beyond for me. It's been a long time since I've had such good customer service from any food place.

Have had terrible quality food the last three times I have been here. This is the last straw for me. The staff and management do not care about customer satisfaction and continue to serve old and stale food. The guacamole in this pic wasnât even from there, but added on myself since they were out at only 6pm!! Seriously? Canât even reach a human being over the phone to get assistance with these issues. I love Chipotle, but this location needs to do better. Highly disappointed.

I recently moved here and have been eating chipotle for quite sometime now and this location is by far the best. The staff is extremely friendly, making eye contact and ensuring quality portions are served. The manager runs his staff extremely well and greets you before you even have two feet in the door. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Kenosha Chipotle!

I'd like to say it's not hard to make a hard taco, but I guess it is at this Chipotle. Soggy, sloppy, and tasteless. They also gave my brother someone else's burrito bowl instead of the one he ordered.
I'd rather go to Taco Bell than order from here again.
They are always out of fajita veggies, today I gave them another chance and they were out once again. I told the manager on duty , never mind , Iâll just cancel my order and this is crazy. As I turned to leave she then shouted , âyouâre being rude , you need to leave!â Over and over, she wouldnât allow me to respond. I have had two terrible experiences here and should have known better, but I wanted to share my experience . She wouldnât give me her name , nor would any employee, when you call corporate they just give you the run around . They do not believe in accountability , or standards of any sort. You all need to sell your company and never operate anything again. I do not care about your cliche âthanks for the feedbackâ I just dare you all to actually do something to better your establishment. Absolutely sad excuse for a Chipotle , that manager on duty needs to be fired or sent back to the dish room for good.

I had a large chunk of cartlige in my burrito bowl, a quarter size chunk of avocado skin in my guacamole, and what I hope is a beard hair in my chips. Absolutely will not be back, not worth the 17bucks spent on a bowl and chips.
