I had a large chunk of cartlige in my burrito bowl, a quarter size chunk of avocado skin in my guacamole, and what I hope is a beard hair in my chips. Absolutely will not be back, not worth the 17bucks spent on a bowl and chips.

I have been visiting this location for over 15 months and usually get a bowl. I always have to ask for cilantro and they get it from the back. Recently I asked for it last week and Alexa Meza, the (GN) denied my request and didn't explain why. She fixed her eyes on me when I entered because she always gives me a difficult time with 3 tablespoons of cilantro in those small plastic cups that I gladly pay for. I felt very unwelcomed, shunned, and discriminated against. She had her other coworkers talking in silence as they ignored me. It was horrible, I pray no one has to experience this type of unpleasant treatment. If an ingredient is available at a QSR, shouldn't you be able to purchase it? Would you happen to know if this is legal? I also filed a complaint on their website and still have not received a response. The service here doesn't even deserve 1 star. Qdoba is much better, I , my family, and friends shall continue to give Qdoba our business instead.

I don't typically eat chipotle, but when I do I get the same thing every time. I had ordered online for a pick up and came in store to pick it up. I had to wait for the associates to finish talking about rappers to be helped. Then when I was helped my order was still being made. Cool, happy to wait. I sat down in one of the chairs to wait. The table was sticky and covered in food. Then when my order was done the lady didn't come to me, she just tossed the bag at me and walked away. Extremely rude atmosphere and customer service. I get to my car to eat and the fajita veggies are raw, like just chopped and thrown in. No sauce, no sauteed, no color. Disappointing and not what I ordered. This is the only location close to my house besides going down to IL, and I think I'd rather take a trip than come here again

This location is horrible. Between the portions of protein and not adding ingredients from the app orders. It's happened on multiple occasions. Never had as many issues going to Chipotle and getting the correct order like I have with this location.

Me and my family went in yesterday and got a burrito and a bowl. Our food had guacamole, cheese, and lettuce all in common. Today, we are sick (the only thing we had yesterday was chipotle) the worker was decently nice. Our bill was very high for the amount of food we got. Very disappointed.
The employees here are very rude and seem annoyed when serving food. the guac also was brown. I won’t be back to this location

Pulled up at 9:45 after a long day of work, hoping for some quality/healthy food. As we pulled up, employees rushed to the front door upon seeing our headlights and locked the door. Lame. If you want to close before your listing hours, then change your closing to 9:30… don’t be lazy and phone it in before the end of your property time. Leaves hopeful customers disappointed.

This was my first time at this location and what a disappointment. I got my usual, a chicken bowl with guacamole and I get a bag of chips. Portion sizes were small, chicken was burnt and they gave me a half portion of guacamole. The chips I got were burnt, broken in tiny pieces, and barely seasoned. I do NOT recommend going to this location, I know I’m not going back.

Went there at 11:00 this morning and was not greeted and the girl serving my food was extremely unhappy and rude. Gave me burnt ass chicken probably from the night before. I asked for steak instead after seeing how awful it looked and she told me they’d have to change extra…assuming because she had already scooped the chicken? So I just said fine whatever. Tasted awful. Will be sure to call customer service!

I just went to this location asked for half and half chicken and steak and the portion for this was so pitiful and then I just asked for double and got charged for 4 scoops but I could honestly say it was only 2 scoops very upsetting.
