Tried over charging me for my order because they put queso on instead of sour cream. (?)
Checked the order and I asked to have it remade and the manager Alexis tried gaslighting me to say thats what I ordered and they know the difference between queso and sour cream. I said Id like it remade with sour cream I cant have queso due to allergies. He got an attitude and started saying you want us to throw this out?! I said I cant eat queso so sorry whatever you do with it. He insisted that is what I ordered and said he wasn't going to remake it. He started getting an attitude and said well thats what you ordered…I said I want to talk to the manager and THEN he gave me his card like he was some big shot and said “I am the manager!” (wow). Then his is other co worker on the register chimed in and said yeah. (Customer bullies) I said if you are not going to remake it I will bring my business elsewhere then because every-time I come here the order is wrong and this place tries to upcharge for things you didn't even ask for on your food! (Being a manager he didnt seem to care he just stared me down) I said well, I’ll go elsewhere and I started to leave and he said real loud DONT COME BACK! They will run this place out of business because of punk mouth management & lazy workers with attitude problems. I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets closed down due to their attitude and horrible customer service. I went to Qdoba and got everything I wanted with great customer service, chips, and drinks!

Visited this location while in town. We ordered a quick lunch before running some errands. The employees were nice and patient with my son who is always indecisive like it’s his first time at Chipotle. The place was clean and inviting. It’s Chipotle. Enjoy. I usually get photos for my reviews. But this time the kids were being kids.

Parking: Plenty of parking with designated online ordering spaces.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly options.

I’ve been twice. First time they gave me the completely wrong order. It was a mobile order & they seal it up when you get the bag. So I didn’t realize until I was too far away to go back

Second time, I showed up 5 minutes early for when the app said it would be ready. Guy said “I’m making yours now” (1 burrito). 15 minutes later, I had to leave with no food. Also, as per usual for all Chipoltes, it’s ridiculously cramped.

This may be my last time giving them any money.

This is where a same bowl costs even more than any Illinois locations. And least in contents at the same time. Staff is fine but probably got coached to do bare minimum. Location is very new. You might like it for drive through

This review isn’t pertaining to all of the employees but 1 in particular… I don’t know her name but I ordered two meals and when I went to the window to pick them up I asked for a side of honey chipotle vinaigrette. She was in quite the mood and said it would be $1.50 and that she couldn’t do the transaction at the pick up window so I had to come inside. I really wanted the sauce so I was like- sure! Parked, went inside and I was the only one there so it was really quick. Went back a couple days later for the same order and had the same thing happen again, then again and again and again. Fast forward to a few weeks later (I’m in the process of moving so I’ve been coming almost 2-3 times a week) and a different employee is there and I go through the same order process. Go to pick up and out of habit say that I also wanted some vinaigrette so I was going to park and come inside. He looks at me like I’m crazy, laughs a bit and says- “it’s cool, I can just hand it to you through the window”. Now I’m the one looking at HIM like he’s crazy, but I thank him and start handing him the money. He says it’s free and tells me to have a good day. At this point, I of course think he’s hitting on me by giving me free sauce and special treatment, lol. Come back again and again and again.. all different employees, all vinaigrette free. Finally, I ask another female employee how much the vinaigrette is and she says that it’s free. I ask if this just started and if it was extra before. She says that as long as I’m ordering food it’s free. So, I think back to my “purchases” and realize I never got a receipt for the vinaigrettes- never asked for one and was never offered one. I personally believe that she was just messing with me & putting my money in the tip jar to pocket at the end of the shift. I feel super taken advantage of. As of right now not only will I not be going there anymore, I’m also telling friends and family that that location is horrible. I’d rather drive to pleasant prairie to the chipotle there then go to the one on market lane.

Pablo at chipotle by Walmart is the best!!! He had the good vibes going right off the bat with the music, serving us generously and happy while doing it!! 4 girls walked in hungry and bored, walked out full and ready for the day!!! Keep it up Pablo ;

Asked for fresh guacamole, as what was there was brown, and I received attitude when I asked for fresh guacamole, and the new container it was also brown, on top of that my chips were stale. It's very disappointing when you spend X amount of money for "fair" food.
