If you guys close at 9:40 why have the time of 10pm put up. As I’m walking up to the door to confirm if it’s closed are not staff runs to lock the door & ignores when asked are you closed?Very disappointed ☹️

Disappointed with the gentleman at the register. We were charged for an extra item that we did not receive or ask for. When I approached him asking why we'd were charged for the extra item, he said the person making our burrito told him that it was a "double" burrito. It was not. He did not apologize. He did not offer a refund. He did not offer us the tortilla that we paid for nor did he offer an item as a replacement. Disappointed in the customer service at this location.

Probably the worst chipotle experience ever. The guy making my food stops to talk to his co Somers about this brand new tattoo. I dropped some things out of my wallet and when I asked them if anyone turned anything in they act liked they seen a ghost. I Will never go back here again.

I was expecting a decent lunch with my grandchildren. The chicken was dry, and so were the rice and beans.It was hard to hear the server because the music was too loud. This is a restaurant, not a club.

Came in store at 8:55 worker said they was out of steak asked for a new batch she informed me they were done cooking and the store doesn’t close until 10pm workers were
We ordered 4 items and was short the salsa for a he chips and salsa. Didn’t check the bag. But for 50 bucks do I really need to? Like I said it was only 4 items, if you can’t get a simple order correct you probably need to find a different line of work. When I called the manager said I could drive back (20 minutes ) ) and get it if I wanted. That’s the last time I get Chipotle!
