Tasted like the Cinnabon rolls I remembered. Server gave me the pecans as a free extra to try! Very pleasant and friendly server. The tables and area was clean. Would recommend.

First of…I went there the other day and some someone was working. She wouldn’t even acknowledge me right away since she was to busy texting on her phone.My husband then ordered some drinks and they were awful! So gross I couldn’t even drink them. The only good thing was the cinnamon rolls! But for $24 it’s a rip off! Never again!

Fathers day morning go in to get the family Cinnabons, worker has attitude from the start. She was making fresh rolls but wanted us to self serve from the rack and use the microwave to heat them up. Asked politely for fresh rolls. Showed attitude and did not want to help us at all though that is clearly her job. No customer service here, maybe some proper etiquette training is needed throughout the year for employees. To treat a father and daughter like this on father's day is very unacceptable.

It's been about 7 years since I've had a Cinnabon roll. They're just as delicious now as back then. The roll was fresh, the employee was friendly & the place is clean! I won't wait that long for my next one

Absolutely terrible. I don't usually complain about this place, I love the Cinnabon!! don't get me wrong. I came in with 2 coworkers after work because they didn't know we had a Cinnabon place so close to home. I ordered 1cinnabon and 1churros swirls to split. The churros swirl was extremely stale. So I let my other coworker know to possibly ask for hers to be warmed but it was still bad. I notified the girl at the time she was (caucasian with short hair with like some color in it) that our churros were stale just so that she wouldnt sell the rest of them. She looked at us dead in our faces and said “??♀️Okay” “I don't know what you want me to do about it” I just sat there in shock because I didn't expect her to say that. My coworkers were baffled. We waited a while and eventually when we expressed to her again that our food was stale she offered a refund. But the fact that her first response was extremely rude. I'm not sure I would like to come back. I hate to leave a review like this but I just felt as if you should keep a closer eye on your staff.
