We love cold stone, but after tonight we will NOT be returning to the one here in kenosha. I actually ordered online, and when my husband went and got it, the employees yelled across the store saying how much the HATED online orders. Plus our order wasn't even done yet. And no the store was not busy, there was only one other customer there. On top of that we didn't even get any spoons or napkins with our order. Very disappointing.

Dec. 29 around 1329 Went into the cooler to possible get a cake and the entire door came off and hit me in the head, knocked my glasses off and strained the muscles in my arms trying to put it back on!! This was NOT the first time this door came off! Owner had the answers for fixing it to quickly when asked to come in and fix it. He (the owner) had the poor guy (only one working at the time) try and fix it. If a little kid would have opened that cooler door would have done more damage! The gentleman working was very kind and sevice was good and fast for being the only one working at the time.

I’m so disappointed !!! Cold stone is expensive, but there are certain products that I enjoy enough that I’m willing to spend the extra money. And before today, I’ve never had a bad experience. I don’t usually come to this location, though. I usually go to Gurnee. Today I’m very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off because I didn’t get what I ordered. I love the cake batter ice cream. No one else has anything quite like it. It’s occasional treat to splurge and spend the extra money on a cake batter or ice cream for myself with a few mix in. Today I get jhome to discover that they gave me vanilla ice cream. I could’ve gone to the grocery store and gotten two cartons of vanilla ice cream for what I just spent on this one little cup. I don’t want vanilla ice cream. I can have that any day. I want cake batter. That was a 25 minute drive from my house, I can’t go back that would be about a one hour round-trip. I’m really upset. Also when did they stop actually putting in enough mix ins that you get a Bite of them in every spoonful? I shouldn’t have to search through the ice cream to find a piece of cookie dough. This is definitely the last time I’m going back to the Kenosha cold stone. I know people make mistakes, but when you’re placing an order for ice cream, the most important thing for them get right is the freaking ice cream flavor!!! you chose! It’s the simplest and most most basic part of the job! How do you screw up the biggest part of the order? So if you can’t get that right of course you’re not gonna get the mix in right either. I just wish there was a way to get my money back.

We've ordered cakes for special occasions, and they've consistently been spot on! The balance between cake and ice cream is just right. The staff is always kind and professional. Our favorite flavors always involve OREO - so delicious! It's definitely time for me to treat myself again soon. :)

The Kenosha Cold Stone seems pleasant but when you’re a customer dealing with bad attitudes, it spoils going out for a treat. No one wants to waste their money on bad service. Keisha, Keisha, Keisha. Every time we go here we get Keisha with her attitude and bad customer service. She rushes your order and walks away from you while you’re trying to give your order. No one is going to yell across the creamery for you Keisha. Talk about taking the joy out of ice cream. Pay attention to your customer so you don’t mess up orders. Also don’t hand a customer ice cream sloppy, the cup is leaking and smeared with topping falling off the top due to the melting. Wish I had something nicer to say but can’t. She ruins it every time. You might have lost a customer, if it even matters.
