The food was great. My waitress was super sweet. It just took a half hour before we were even asked if we were helped yet after being seated and over an hour to get our food after we ordered. Restaurant was clean. My table was really wobbly.

I never have any issues with Cracker Barrel & this wasn't any different. Kudos to the kitchen, the catfish I got was spot on, it was everything! As a black guy I do live any fish or chicken that's fried perfectly and this one was crispy, flaky & just EXCEPTIONAL. Our waitress was lovely, she had us laughing & we felt like we were at home. Thank you so much for having us, if we are ever in town again we will most definitely stop by.

My husband and I ate there a few nights ago and the food was not that good at all. I usually love Cracker Barrel and we always have a pleasant experience there but not this time. Let me just start by saying they were a little busy but not that busy. Our witress didn't pay much attention to us, and the food was mediocre. My husbands food wasn't bad but mine was not that great. I got the meatloaf dinner with two sides of hashbrowns and greens. For one, the hashbrowns for the potato casserole was hard as heck and the onions were raw, not cooked, it also didn't have much flavor either. I got the smallest slice of meatloaf they could give me. The green beans had no flavor either. I just ended up eating the meatloaf anyway and they green beans, but I ended up sending the hashbrown casserole back because it was in eatable. I asked the manager if they could just bring me two sides of loaded mashed potatoes instead, which i said it's ok if its extra. Just when i thought it would be better, it wasn't. The loaded mashed potatoes were dryer than the Sahara Desert. I didn't bother to say anything. We just paid our bill, shopped around in there store for a little while, then left. Safe to say, I will not be coming back here. I cook way better at home than what I was served.

At first we were not being acknowledged. Waitress explained she was in training but her trainer was not there (?). Things improved some after we expressed our concerns. Was ok, could have been much better

Ordered a build your own breakfast. I asked for scrambled eggs and fried catfish. I got poached eggs and grilled catfish. The plate came out late so my sausage was also cold. The eggs had eggs shells in them.

Today I called cracker barrel for 10 minutes over and over trying to place an order for pickup the phone rang off the hook Non-Stop and then went back and started the message all over again and I'd hit one again to place an order and no one never picked up! If you're going to offer this service then you should have someone there to do the job.

We waited about more than 45 minutes and had no food. Other tables got their meals on time. The restaurant is racist to Hispanic people
