Ordered for curbside pickup. Both bags sealed. We ordered 2 custards, no spoons. Ordered Diet Coke, no straw. Said Diet Coke was in fact a completely flat Dr. Pepper with no ice. Wouldn't complain if it was just one mistake but 4 mistakes out of 7 items is a bit much.

The only reason they received a 2 star from me and not a one is the nice lady Vicki who is just about the ONLY one that actually gave us service while a bunch of teenagers look at their phones and dont attend to waiting customers. The atmosphere is very weird and unwelcoming, they just stare at you like they dont know they have a job .. No asking if you need anything or even attempting to interact while they have elders doing all the service like taking orders and bagging food. They dont welcome you in or really say anything, just blank faces looking scared to give service. We stood there for about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Vicki who was doing one million things at once(everyone was just on there phones or goofing off) eventually turned around and realized we hadn't been helped. She had a young man standing right behind her just looking at us and she asked him if he was gonna do his job, which ended up being her doing that too while he just stood there. Vicki deserves a double pay for all the work she was making up for... thank you Vicki.

So I ordered two Culver’s butter burgers. I got home with the food and on one of the burgers the patties were super thin like paper and burnt. I have no idea how you can even give that to someone. Very disappointed with this Culver’s location

I’ve dined at several restaurants and when the order is totally incorrect by the restaurant, there is some sort of compensation (not necessarily monetary) to remedy the issue. Culver’s botched the burger order and forgot to seal the cheese sauce container which spilled in the bag.
To Culver’s FIXING YOUR MISTAKE does NOT MEAN you compensated for the customer service! Remember that and tell the store manager the same thing!

Ordered vanilla ice cream with raspberries and got ice cream half melted with not a single raspberry in it and all juice. Returned to the counter to ask for more raspberries because there were none and received only one.
