How did Culvers become so slow? Seriously no excuse. They make you wait forever and ever. They need to fix this. Edit... it seems like things have improved with the wait times. Good for Culvers.

Food here is consistently going down hill. More then not im getting the wrong food. Its cold and put together wrong when correct. Flying all around my food....means dirty kitchen and floors. Co.e on do better. Bacon just tossed on my burger and it's cold. Wth...
Waited 20 minutes for cold food, had to ask about my order before they brought it out, when we looked in the bag we were missing a whole burger and had to go inside, then all they gave was a complimentary onion ring. Absolutely can't believe the service. Horrible. I will never eat at another Culvers again.
