The tables are very dirty, so is floors and bathrooms. It feels like the teenagers that work here do not care one bit, except for their paycheck. Come in here once and a while, and yet tables,floors,and bathrooms are very dirty. Also if you do not want fries withe meals but want onion rings they charge you extra.

I saw a very hungry older woman throw ketchup at a worker… I heard it was because she gave her the wrong sauce.. which she was getting for free when they cost money anyway.. Some people man..she must be miserable

Culver's has amazing custard and a really good burger (have to get the cheese curds - which are to die for...) I may or may not have just ordered the family sized curds and a large chocolate custard sundae with raspberries!

I ordered via DoorDash a butter burger meal and a salad, they forgot my salad. When I called to tell them they forgot the salad, and the burger was a mess. I called in and spoke with Matt the manager (he was rude and not apologetic). Not once did he apologize for them messing up my order, even after I advised him this is not my first time with a messed up order from this location. Culver’s used to be the best with service and quality but this location like many others have become like every other fast food establishment. So disappointing.

So I saw some bad reviews and was nervous but this place was great! Staff was friendly and food was hot and fresh. And the place was super clean and busy! Great food and location!

With a wide menu of choices and great milkshake offerings, Culver's is my second favorite fast food haunt. Operationally and from an atmosphere perspective not quite as buttoned up, clean and flawless as Chick-fil-A but still better than all the rest. Rest. Highly recommend the Patty melt with sauteed onions. A favorite
