My friends and I went through the drive-thru just to grab a few scoops of ice cream and ended up waiting over half an hour while cars behind us got their food and left. When we walked up to ask what was going on, the employee said, “Well, he couldn’t find you.” Kind of rude, especially since our number was hanging on the mirror. I told the cashier where we were parked, and she just said, “Okay.” We were in the usual spot we’re always told to, and I even saw the server walking trays toward the tables instead of our car. Waiting that long for something so simple was really frustrating, and the response we got didn’t help at all.

We always stop at a Culvers when we have our pup with us. She gets a burger patty and some cheese curds, and of course a pup cup! We dine outside. Food is delicious. Staff are incredible.
