Placed an order for delivery 2 hours and 15 minutes ago. When I placed the order, they said “it’ll be about an hour”. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, my large pizza and appetizer are still not delivered. Called to cancel the order and customer service offered no more than “sorry about that”. Never had Derangos before and can honestly saw that I never will.

This Derangos is terrible. They will just add things to your order that you didn’t order and overcharge you. Food was also terrible, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

I gave a 3 star review but I couldn’t decide between a 1 star or a 5 star. I live a few blocks down and have been ordering food from Derango’s for years and something has changed. One word “inconsistent” would describe the experience. The food quality, the service, the order being correct, the delivery times are all 50/50 if it’s going to be spot on and excellent or totally ruin your $75 order. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern about what day or time or what type or size of order it could be really good or really bad to the point that you almost suspect sabotage. You get a pizza that’s so obviously under cooked and wonder what adult human approved this. We had a bad order a few days ago and I didn’t write a review but I had a taste for fried chicken and my wife is flat out saying no to Derango’s and counting off the litany bad orders we’ve had but I’m more forgiving and optimistic. My point is both about having an impatient wife and inconsistent restaurant service

Ordered pizza from them talk to some one about my order they messed it up!! Just wanted my pan pizza and they send me a thin crust!! Even my brother call them once they screwed his order up. Plus they will not help you!! They just want you to order more!! Screw the pizza king!!
