I've been to this Domino's quite a few times but after tonight I will not go again. My New York style pizza was burned. My wings were undercooked. Also the customer service stinks and the wait times are very long. This place is by my house so I go there quite a bit. I will not be going back again I'd rather travel to another Domino's.

This establishment appears to have a notably low energy atmosphere. Upon entering, the ambiance feels subdued, and the staff seems rude and indifferent. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing, as the employees barely acknowledged me, leaving me feeling ignored. I had previously stopped visiting this location for an extended period but returned for their $6.99 special, which I now regret. Furthermore, the wings were undercooked. I will not be returning.

I had bought 2 ny styles xl cheese pizzas and one of them had a piece of sausage on it, and I brought the pizza to the store one of the gentlemen helped me and he was a very nice guy he was short and had a beard super nice guy. But the other guy super rude and was acting like I put the piece of sausage on the pizza, and he kept saying it’s a burnt piece of cheese. When the super nice guy grabbed some tongs and took it off and said it was sausage. Then the rude guy was talking to the other associates there saying it’s kinda weird that there is only 1 piece of sausage on the pizza. I asked one of them what his name was and they said Jacob. He was white with glasses, and a bit tall. Super rude individual this experience makes me not want to buy here again.

I waited for my pizza for over two hours. I got directed to every Domino’s in Kenosha over 10 times was on the phone for 45 minutes and after I got directed to 18th St. I finally got my order and I’m really appreciative to the helpful manager who gave me my order after I was not gonna receive it, and I think it was because of the call centers But thanks so much to Gordon at 18th St. Domino’s for his absolutely wonderful service love ya Gorden -George swade

Ordered mac and cheese. When it got to me I opened it and seen it only came with the cheese and not the mac. Has to be some kind of april fools joke 😆 🤣

Tried to call in delivery order and had automated machine could not get address correct after multiple attempts. Got employee on phone, made order gave card info to pay and was told funds not enough to cover entire charge all but 4 dollars. The funds were in account and was not offered the possibility of wrong number put in.Went to a restaurant next door instead.Its sad customer service and experience is on the decline I feel.

I get it, it's a tough business. Especially when you need to find good employees. This location has been consistently poor over the last several months. This points to management issues. I don't think my family will be ordering from here anymore. Kind of sad.
