I ordered pretty simple order. What type of pizza sauce extra cheese. Recieved a pizza with almost zero sauce. I’ll let them know And they apologize. Offered to remake. I was already back at work so next one was free.
Ordered two pizza next. Two topping. Extra sauce extra toppings. Literally bare bones pizza. They offered to replace. Kids were going to bed so put a credit on my account.
Next order was this. Extra sauce extra toppings and hot wings. LITERALLY looks like they are doing this on purpose. Never have I ever gotten more consistent horrible food or service from anywhere. I will absolutely never order from this location again.

Ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza with garlic bites and got a cheese pizza, half pepperoni and no garlic bites. Called twice to get it adjusted. Go to dominoes on 75th street. Way better

Usually have great food from dominos but this store is unlike any other. Handed them the box of these sad looking bread twists and the young man says to me that there’s nothing wrong with this. what the hell dominos 😅

1st order the driver didn't follow instructions written where to leave my order and it was left at the wrong door 25°out order was completely cold when I found it. Called the store manager was completely rude an hung up on me. I Gave the same store a second chance and once again order was left at the wrong door, and this time the order wasn't completed like I asked, dam near no sauce I asked for extra sauce. Asked for galic crust didnt get it, Pizza was barely cooked I asked for well done. Absolutely ridiculous

Avoid this location. Go to the 60th location. Delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong address and instead of fixing it.... she argues that that's what the receipt states. Wrong! To lazy to do her Job. If you get Alaina....Run !

The GM "Josh" has no idea how to handle a situation without acting like a child and playing blame games.

My delivery order said it was delivered via tracker and telephone assistant but I never received it. I was patiently waiting to feed a hungry family.

I called the automated number (every local shop goes to automation) and told the bot I never received the order. It directed me to this restaurant....our closest local chain.

Josh immediately answered and when I explained the situation he stated "it shows that was delivered."

He then said he would talk to the 16 year old delivery girl and ask where she put the food.

After a few minutes, he came back and said it was dropped off somewhere nearby at a neighbors house and I should retrieve it.

That was the first red flag! I said something like dang that sucks and before I could give recommendations of how to handle the situation he busted out with "we can either refund or send a new order out."

OK, that's fine and dandy but it took an hour to have my purchase go to the wrong house (using the app with pinpoint locations mind you.) I did not want to wait any longer for food that should have been here to begin with.

I mentioned a refund and new order should be in place as that is how it works when companies make mistakes in which were no fault of the consumer.

This is where it got crazy....Josh said there's no way we are giving your money back for a mistake with the GPS...I thought that was very rude. He then said you have two options refund or wait. I felt and still feel this is not correct...we were hungry and waiting. Their mistakes should not be my fault.

He lost his cool, told me how he's been in the industry a long time and knows people that complain like me. Even saying stuff like I go to Culver's all the time and the wait is forever....whatever that is supposed to mean.

The guy is unhinged and I won't be doing business with this Dominos chain until he is removed of his position!!!!!!!

Order 2 medium pizzas and and 2large pizzas .thought I was getting my 2 large pizzas for the medium price!!! Nope $64.00 was my total. Oh and an order of triple cheese tot's that were burned. I will Never order from there again😡😡😡😡😡

had the best delivery driver ever! Emily dropped my order off and I was missing my icing, so she drove all the way back to the store to get it for me! Would recommend this location for delivery!
