A few days ago, we visited Dunkin' Donuts and were thoroughly impressed. The kindness of the owner, Valentin, and the staff—Adis, Dayan, and Julia—was remarkable. The atmosphere felt like home, especially with the beautiful Christmas tree on display. We got to try the donuts from the new bakery, and they were the best donuts my son and I have ever had. The coffee and sandwiches were also delicious; the sandwich was of much higher quality than I expected, and the coffee had just the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts because the staff made us feel so welcome and the food was so delicious.

I like this Dublin's location. Sometimes I wonder if the staff is specifically trained to ignore walk-in pickup customers, but the order is always right.
Very disappointed with my delivery to Dunkin. They were out of most donuts, and the drink I ordered did not taste good at all. The food I received seemed old and not fresh. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

I don’t know why Dunkin can’t seem to get all the stores on the same page with their Apple Fritters. I ordered an apple fritter and coffee and when she handed me the bag I knew right away there was no fritter in there due to the lack of weight. I said what is this? She stated that they make their own fritters. She said “so many people order them we were always selling out.” I said sounds like you should order more. She didn’t get it. I drove right over to the Dunkin on 75th and got the right kind of Fritter there. They order them from the corporate supplier like they are supposed to. See the size comparison between the correct large one and what they charged me $2.99 for. The large one was $2.79 at the other store and worth every penny.

I Buy a meal I asked for a bagel with egg and bacon no cheese. I was waiting more than five minutes for my order and they give me a croissant with cheese. I don’t even check my order but this place it should be paid more attention to the customers bad service

Sometimes they get your order wrong sometimes the food is burned
It's a hassle because you have to go back inside to complain and show them.

I order a butter pecan iced dunkalatte and an iced chocolate without whip. They are the only crew to ALWAYS get it right.
By far the best shop in Kenosha area. Always clean and friendly!!

Service is great but depends who’s making your drink it’s a hit or miss!
Always very slow on mobile orders. clean and well stocked/staffed, but waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order is unfortunate.
