Where do I start? This is the closest Dunkin in this area and I’ve visited here so many times to keep giving them a try. Without fail, every order I’ve ever received has been messed up. No one there knows how to make drinks. It’s always the same color even though I order large cold brews with one creamer and it always ends up to be the lightest shade of coffee possible. My husband gets their tea and without fail every single time they fill the ENTIRE CUP with ice so there is little to no drink. Their food always ends up fine but they CONSTANTLY forget items in the bags. I had an in store pick up one time and nobody would service me until I had to get someone’s attention just for them to say they are just now starting it cause they couldn’t find it. The drink making is absolutely terrible and the workers are not nice at all. When I go through the drive through, I get serviced by the same guy who just hands me my food and doesn’t say a single word. Absolutely insane. I have gotten so many refunds from Dunkin’s customer service because of how many times they forget items. Save your money and go to Starbucks which is right next to them. Worst Dunkin ever.

Asked for oatmilk with my psl, and they made it with regular milk. Took them 10 minutes to get me a new one. It tasted really bitter with no pumpkin flavor whatsoever. Have had nothing but trouble these last few months when previous visits have been nothing but fantastic.

I’d like to first and foremost say the ladies working were excellent and had great customer service!!! But…. My order was wrong. I asked for the extra mocha to be drizzled around the cup it wasn’t and also paid for whipped cream with no whipped cream so I was just hoping I could swing by and get it remade correctly if possible.
Stop by and grab some coffees and some Donuts 🍩☕ very nice Employees.i would be going back there again.

Prices have gone up.... way up...for a coffee and a bagel sandwich, almost 10 bucks... still good though... their coffee is still some of the best.
