The cup of potatoes does not look like the picture it was 3 old hash browns bacon salty and a drop of cheese the picture shows full cup nowhere near no one is ever at gas counter

Not happy! I order a coffee with cold foam and the drive thru took so long my foam melted and I said there was supposed to be foam and she says there was and shrugs her shoulders. What happen to customer service! It was not my fault the drive thru took forever not going here any longer! And the speaker sucks in drive thru you cannot hear them talking or they just need to learn to talk

Just tried the new Sabrina Carpente and it was so good. It’s super sweet and creamy—like a strawberry milkshake but iced and lighter you can tell there was passionate enough workers to make it. The bagel bites were warm and definitely a great snack. Also the workers were quick and got everything right even during the rush. Solid experience all around. super clean too 10/10

Beware of scamming!!!
I mobile ordered a dozen donuts and when I got there they did not have any of the six types donuts I ordered (lol?), so the employees told me to just get a refund through the app. I tried to do that which lead to the franchise owner reaching out about the situation. I provided receipts and an explanation and then he GHOSTED me! I even asked for a follow up with no response.
I used a coupon so luckily it wasn't a big loss - but how are you not going to provide a service (what type of Dunkin has SIX flavors missing?), tell me to get a refund, then ignore me? Like that's literally scammer behavior.
I just moved here, and I go to Dunkin all the time - so I am super disappointed that my local Dunkin isn't one that I can go to.

Indian guy was so rude . I used to come there daily . I looked at my account I would spent $250 to $300 a month there . I won’t be coming back . The Indian guy who works drive thru like shooed me away . I couldn’t believe my eyes . When James was there I never had a problem .
