This dunkin is HORRIBLE literally stole $4 from me because THEY neglected to give me my donuts on thanksgiving i go back yesterday they tell me they have no donuts the guy told me to come back this morning it’s currently 8 in the morning & they tell me there is nothing they can do about it . This is HORRIBLE costumer service so because you forgot my donuts now the $4 is my loss smh just terrible thank God I went to Oliver’s today & this location won’t get another dime out of me THIEVES you should be ashamed of yourself !

This location is essentially closed during construction. But they don’t have that listed in the app, allowing you to order, pay and have no way to get your order. Sure, they’re open to the construction workers. But there is no where to park, and access to the building is extremely limited. They also turned off their phone so you can’t call to ask them to refund the money spend on an order you can’t get.

This is the 3rd time this place tried to over charge me. $12 for a sandwich and a coffee. Go to any other dunkin donuts. Each time they play stupid at the window and the fix the price. This was the last time I'll go there.
Night shift dgaf. Dude finally stands at the register and mumbles as we order 2 mochas. Simple, but he just walks off. After girl and I making humor banter for about 5 minutes. We.just left. They didn't even have any donuts!! None. Wth management, fix your crew please. Also could even get gas. Just went to the KT.
