Great bagels. The idiot working there can't count. Gave me 12 bagels for the special 13 bagel deal. Also initially tried to charge me $18 for $13 special. Please get competent workers.

Not happy just went to Einstein to get Monday bagels. Had enough points for a coffee so I order a coffee I get to the register and they say I can’t use the coffee reward. Yet they claimed it for me so it deducted 75 points and I had to pay $3 for a coffee I wouldn’t have got in the first place. They do not teach customer service anymore. Just fast boring service without a care for the customer.

The bagel I got was okay, but the blackberry lemonade was so good! It wasn't overly sweet or artificial. They definitely use real lemons.
