Don’t bother. Worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile. Sent me 2 broken, thawed, and rotting pizzas as a holiday gift then refused to fix the situation. Good riddance.

(north Aurora location) I would give this place zero starts if I could. This is not a family oriented place to be at. The employees are constantly fighting with the owner because his ego is so big. All he cares about is how much money mommy and daddy have and feeding his ego vs being a good person and leader. I experienced his workers walking out on him (including his manager) as he treats people worse then the gum on the bottom of his shoe. He will tell YOU what's important with no regards to anyones life or situation. And sends you off with a big FU. Doesn't even have the decency to park in a normal spot as he parks in the handicap spots in front of his store. He might be telling us something we don't know. 🤷 If you like that I guess eat here. The food is so mediocre too. No greetings just "what do you want" Sal seems to have a rep that follows him as we aren't the first people to experience this! He also doesn't pay on time. Changes the date and then expects you to communicate that. What a joke

We've eaten inside, and ordered via Door dash a few times, and never been disappointed. The best part is, a manager recalled a previous order via Door dash was messed up per dasher, so he called to update us on the status... not once, but a few times. This is above and beyond! This is pristine customer service! Definitely 5 stars!

Called, told l have to order from the internet. Tried from the card in the motel, website says they don't deliver here. Such BS to get a pizza.

I am writing this review the next day to remove the emotions of the moment. My pizza was delivered 30 minutes late and was stone cold. The driver walked away from me as I was talking to him. When I called, the local Giordanos manager was very professional, apologetic, and refunded my money. He also explained that they use Uber Eats as their delivery service. They have a known history of problems with Uber Eats and their drivers. Uber Eats stacks deliveries from multiple restaurants. This creates multiple pickups, and multiple delivery stops without Giordano’s knowledge. This makes the Giordano’s delivery app useless as their estimated delivery time does not consider the drivers other, unknown to the pizza restaurant, activities. While Giordanos produces a quality pie and adheres to a positive customer service code, they fail in delivery service by using an inferior company, UberEats, as a subcontractor. I can not recommend that anyone order delivery from Giordano’s. You also might be cautious with other restaurants who use Uber Eats for the same reason.

If you plan of dining, I suggest call them ahead of time to cook your pizza at least within 45 minutes travel time. When you get to the restaurant, pizza is ready, no time wasted. Salad, drinks and appetizers come in less time even if you order them personally.

6 o’clock on a Friday with half the tables empty it takes the greeter over five minutes to come over to the front to tell us there’s an hour wait. Great business model.

Updated my review:
Manager reached out and apologized. Very nice of him to do that.

We went back a 3rd time and had a different waiter. Great service and as always amazing food.

This is my 2nd time at this location. The hostess/waiter takes a while to seat you. Even though there is NO ONE at the location. Today, I told hostess/waiter we were ready to order when she sat us down. She sat us down and still did not take our order. 10 minutes passed and she still did not come out to take our order. The pizza takes a good 45min to order which is why I wanted to order right away. She never came out to take our order. There was no one else there at 3pm so it was not busy. We walked out. Poor service. Will not return to this location again.

Giordano's is always Giordano's...Great pizza. Nice atmosphere. A must stop every time you get down by Chicago.

Service is usually quite good. Been going for years.

The Kenosha branch has a new manager named Colleen, and she is a cut above. Very friendly, exceptional service, very much above and beyond. I wish her all the best in her new position here.

Empty restaurant. Seated right away. No one came back to our table for 20min. No water, silverware, plates, nothing. Took order. Appetizers came out. App was decent. No plates yet. Eventually got plates. Asked for parmasan. After 7 min. I went to kitchen and got myself. A different waitress took over our table. Again the place was empty. One other table had a couple at it. Pizza was subpar. Bottom crust was so hard you had to break through it. I guess if you've never had chicago style, you wouldn't know any better. I felt dumb even paying for the meal. We will never be back. Not even for free. Whoever is running this place needs to pay better attention to it. Save yourself the trouble and find the nearest Lou Malanati's.

Went in at 6pm on a Saturday and it was mostly empty. It took 20 minutes to be seated. Placed our order right away and ordered a starter salad, sampler appetizer, & deep dish. I know the pizza can take a while but it took them almost an hour to bring out the sampler and salad to us, and at that point we were the only table at the restaurant. Someone with us asked if they had diet Dr Pepper and the servers respond was, “I don’t know.” Then proceed to not even check, we asked again when she came back and then her response was “I don’t think so.” Considering we practically the only table in the restaurant, the service was very lacking. We had to ask multiple times for utensils and napkins. Seemed like the server was very distracted. This was the first time we’ve eaten inside and from this experience, I don’t know if we will ever go back.
