So I keep trying cause I hope things will change. I really like the food, but a delivery that takes close to 90-120 minutes, more than 30 minutes beyond their estimate, and ends with cold food is not acceptable. Either the staff or the company is bad and I am done now.

Horrible Experience. Came in to dine Saturday 11/9 was seated in the bar area for some reason no other party was seated there. I then asked if we could please be seated at a booth which then we changed to a booth. Sit down begin to look at the menu while 2 other couples arrive to dine in. 15 mins pass the other couples that arrived after us are seated in the main area and the waiter attends them within 5 minutes of arriving. We continue to wait another 10 minutes and still no waiter has attended us. The waiter attended the part that arrived after us served drinks placed their order and we still have not been attended. We then ask someone why we have not been taken care if we arrived before the other party. She mentioned she will get someone to attend us. Another 10 minutes pass and still nothing. We then proceed to walk out and leave after almost 40 minutes of waiting with no assistance. Stay away if you are not White as they will ignore you even though we are paying customer just like everyone else. Will never step foot in a Giordano's ever again. Horrible Experience!

Yeah yeah yeah, I know, another five-star review! Well, when a chain does things the correct way, I believe in actually being positive about the establishment, rather than tear folks down. I was very pleased with this Giordano's, I've never really been to a bad Giordano's. Everything was delicious. I got a pitcher of sangria, and it was very good! I think I had about 7 glasses of sangria out of that pitcher🤪 My wife had about four. She loved her Greek salad, and personal size deep dish. I loved my tavern style veggie with extra cheese. It was perfect! Also, I have to admit that the establishment was extremely clean. Anyway, thank you for allowing me to review this wonderful location. Our server, I believe her name was Abby, was in the top 3% in terms of pleasantness, efficiency, and personality. Like I said, I've been to many Giordano's, and, this one was very well established in it's positive corporate culture.!.?.!
