Horrible, gave me yesterday ribs, cashier is rude, barbecue was chewy and look like dog food, never ever going back, don't waste your time......those were polishes instead of Hot links know the difference ??

I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR. THE GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND HE GOT MY ORDER WRONG AFTER HE REPEATED IT BACK TO ME. THE LADY THAT RANG ME OUT WAS NICE BUT THE GUY WAS RUDE AT CASH REGISTER AND ALMOST POSITIVE THAT HES THE ONE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE. FOOD WAS NASTY AS HELL! We live 4 hours from Hillery's. When we go to Kenosha, we always try to get there for at least one meal. My husband's favorite is the spicy tips. They are always so nice and polite and welcoming, even when they are super busy and behind. And we definitely can't argue with the price.

I decided to fry my own catfish from now on the fish was horrible very small pieces and no seasoning the ribtips dryed out with bbq sauce taste old.I love supporting black businesses . Hillery's is not the same sorry anymore.
Used to love this place but over the last 20 years, it has only gotten worse. I ordered ribs yesterday and they were TERRIBLE. They were hard and old, couldn’t even eat them. Damn shame because the sauce was still so good. Last time I waste my money there. I’ll have to go to Waukegan from now on.
