I took my 5 year old granddaughter here for her birthday lunch. This is where she wanted to go.We were promptly seated and waited on immediately.We had avocado salad, pot stickers, noodles, 2 large rolls and her favorite the California roll.Everything came out in a timely manner and as she said " this place is awesome!" And she gave them a 1025 thumbs up!To top it off they even brought her ice cream with a candle!I love this place and I have been coming here when I am in town for close to 20 years. Never ever disappointed!

The Restaurant was clean, but I was most concerned with the staff engagement with the customers the staff was very unfriendly, no smiles with a hurry up and buy demeanor. I also felt they were being prejudice towards my family, which is black, and a white family set across from us, they did no tricks or smiles for us as a black family but once they were done serving us, they turned around to the white family and did multiple tricks, smiled, laughed and told jokes which offended me and I will never attend this restaurant again.

A horrible hibachi experience, not engaging at all (except for 1 sweet man full of smiles). The host looked miserable, and the chef only spoke one word, "volcano". He was anti-social, no show so to speak, no theatrics, nothing. NOTHING. Our "filet mignons" definitely were not filets, as they were tasteless, and the chewiest, most grisel filled steaks we'd ever eaten..e.v.e.r.y single piece, and the scallops tasted too fishy (spit them out). Will never go back.

Hands down one of the BEST places for Sushi in southeast WI…. And I’ve tried a LOT of them. Hibachi is fantastic as well!

Still waiting to eat. Go there on time. Still waiting. So far i have waited 25 minutes. Why not just be honest when telling when order will be ready. ## edited . After waiting almost 40 minutes from time I was told to pick up, our order was finally ready. I had to change my review as food was horrible. We have been going here for years. Every piece of sushi was thrown together like it was the fist time making a roll. Mushy and messy. This was the first time we did not finish our order. Instead it went to the trash.Good thing you are not the only game in town. Will not go back. Sushi bay is much better.
